The Chef and co-owner, Agostino Sciandri, grew up in the lush countryside of Tuscany where he learned to perfect his Northern Italian culinary style. At Ago, guests can experience the full progression of an Italian dinner, starting with an Antipasti of Buffalo Mozzarella Caprese, or the Polipo e Patate, grilled octopus in a lemon dressing. For the Primo course, patrons can choose from a variety of pastas and risottos, like the Pappardelle in wild boar ragù or the Porcini Mushroom Risotto. The Secondo course selections offer a diverse range of meat, chicken, and fish specialties. The popular Costata di Manzo is a rib-eye steak lovingly grilled in the wood burning oven, and served with rosemary potatoes.
