Customer Reviews & Ratings

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

The good is, the food at Bloom/Chic Cafe is good. The atmosphere is quite pleasant and the servers really try to provide great service. The bad is they advertise a delivery service within a radiance that is map out on their web site which they are not committed too. The Ugly is I requested a day delivery and was told they only deliver in Beverly Hill during the lunch hour. When I called for an evening delivery to a local hospital located about five minutes away.I was informed "that,it would throw the driver off schedule" (CHIC)and BLOOM stated they no longer deliver at night. But they both were very apologetic.
