My 20-guest table was available as requested and included signage to help prevent squatters. It was too busy for taster flights, but the beer was great and the TV was showing the game I wanted to see. Well done, Common Space Brewing!

I reserved a table a week ago and when we showed up we were sat promptly.
The real problem was the beer line which was over 1 hour too buy beer. We were a group of about 15 people and really just wanted to order some beers. One of the employees confirmed that we can order as much as we want as long as we stood in the line. When we got to the front a different employee was angry because we ordered 15 beers. We had already been in line for 1 hour! We also found the original employee who said we can order this beer for our group and he denied what he said.
Also your employees were so rude. If we come to an event we don’t want to wait in line the entire time.
I told the guy we had a reservation and he said “well we did you a favor by letting you make a reservation, because we usually don’t reserve at night” A FAVOR? I came to your establishment and I am choosing to spend my money here.
If you guys know that you’re going to have events like this with huge Latino crowds and big turn outs, staff your establishment with the right amount of people.

Great Experience once Again Thank You ALL - One suggestion I made reservations but when I got there they said we only have 2 chairs and no tables available. I was a little disappointed since I wanted a table and that's why I made the reservations. No biggie but maybe have other options to reserve a table in the future.

Absolutely the best Covid food & beverage experience yet. The tables were so far apart, the service was great and it was the only time I haven’t felt hesitant while trying to maintain a tiny bit of normalcy! Common Space is a great venue and we love going there. The way they have reopened, the table configuration is really good. As the weather changes it may get a little cool although I know they will have the outdoor heaters. Hopefully the indoor seating will be allowed to open soon too. We will be back regularly.

The employees all had great customer service, however, the line for a drink was often pretty long, even though it shouldn't be with this amount of people behind the counter. Things can definitely be streamlined a bit more.
The music was a bit loud when sitting inside that we had to constantly raise our voice to be heard. I like music, but no need for it to be that loud. Especially since patrons go in there to talk to each other.
Food was great, but extremely expensive for what we got. Drink prices are ok. Similar to other breweries.

Waitstaff friendly and helpful, but at times took too long to come check on table needs and deliver drinks (15+ minutes after orders placed). Beer excellent, food very good. Our party had a great time. Was VERY cold after dark, despite heeding the warning about it getting chilly and needing a sweater. Some portable heaters would be welcome. Overall, fun night and we will be back!

I wish they had shade for all outdoor seating. Had a rail top seat and unfortunately got sun burnt after 45 minutes. Shade was only available for picnic tables that seated larger groups.

Ambience was great! An awesome spot to hangout with friends. Server took a while to service our table and get our drinks to us. It seemed like she was overseeing most of the tables located outside the brewery. Did not like that each Individual person in your party who ordered alcoholic beverages needed to buy food, when most sports bars/breweries only require for one food item to be ordered for your party to order alcoholic beverages. Will probably return once COVID-19 restrictions lift up.

Been here before...love this place. My service this night unfortunately was slow & at times we felt forgotten. Ryan apologized for this & gave me a round of beer. The food was very good & we later were moved to an outside table which improved the ambiance of the evening. Overall experience was ok. Still a fan will be back.
For future reference, do I need to specify outside seating on reservation??

Overall we enjoyed our time at Common Space. The reservation system is great and really well thought out and ran very smoothly. We were seated inside and the hostess immediately asked us if we wanted to sit outside due to a reservation cancellation. This was so nice and we really appreciate it. The only thing we did not enjoy is that it took over a hour to get our food from Smhokin Pot. We ordered the half and half and mac n cheese, and it seemed as if it shouldn't have taken that long. When we received it, it was just okay.
