My birthday was ruined . Reservations wasn’t available. Even though I had confirmed and I pulled it up and showed the manager. The accommodations were horrible . The food wasn’t fresh and it was cold . We didn’t receive drinks until 35 min after we ordered it . I had to beg for water for everyone . The glasses of water was served 1 hour and 15 minutes after we asked for the 4th time . I was told there wasn’t enough staff to request a special birthday song ! And I was told there was no deserts at all . My friend kept getting up to find the waitress and speak with manager ! The manager was rude and kept her nose in the air , never offered any real help. I would never recommend this place to anyone having a special event . I can’t get back the time nor the 500 plus dollars we wasted . Please avoid the headache ! Have your special day far away from this place .
