Staff were excellent- very accomodating.Food and Coffee was amazing - loved Every mouthful of both,cannot wait for the QR code to be up and running.
Great venue.Little disappointed they ran out of tomato and cheese toasties but the staff were exceptionally apologetic and considerate in us reordering. Great work guys,well done.

We ordered passion fruit cheesecake to share while having our coffee.
It never turned up, had to find someone after we had finished our coffee to see what happened?
Not happy you’re using an overseas booking app, they have all my details.
Hope I done get scammed!!
I won’t be booking again, I’ll take my chances of getting a table?

Our booking was mucked up a bit from the start apparently your calendar was on the wrong day. Just a few things we had to as for sugar, we also had to ask for butter for our toast. When our order arrived one of the people on our table was a vegetarian and her scrambled eggs come out with bacon on the plate. Also we found it very hard to enjoy the toast because it was far to hard almost needed a steak knife to cut it. Other than that it was ok.

Hi, overall the experience was not bad, it just did not live up to the expectations that I had. The staff were all very nice and accommodating, although it seemed that some did not know what they could provide to the patrons, I asked for a glass of ice, was told yep, no worries... it was then forgotten. I then asked a different wait staff for a glass of ice... was told that they do not have ice, yet my colleague had ice in her drink. I then asked the first person (the one who forgot) for the glass of ice... a few minutes later she returned with the glass of ice. The glasses which the water was served in, although clean had water stains on the, so not polished at all. The menu options looked good, however when I went to order the Panko Chicken it was unavailable, so I ordered the Croquettes. The food ordered by my colleagues looked good and plentiful, the Croquettes tasted great, however this was a 'sharing' plate, there was only 3 placed on a plate, and that was that for $14... I also ordered a side of chips, for $5, all told $19.00 for lunch.
The points I raise are only 1st world problems, it is a stunning venue, however the ambient music was a bit loud, the menu options fell a little short on choice and value, the staff although nice seemed to need maybe a little refresher on standard procedure for venue.

There was a lot of confusion over my booking. I had booked for coffee for my walking group approximately 24 people. I had booked online then even spoken with the manager Jarrod. When we arrived it was chaos. None of the staff seemed to know of my booking. They made is wait around while they tried to find out what was going on. Some orders were mixed up because staff did not take names. We enjoyed our coffee eventually but it was very embarrassing for me with the mix up. Gayle Lonsdale

The service was excellent. However the lack of gluten free options for celiac was disappointing. The menu used very emotive flowery language unnecessarily as the food was good, bur nothing elevated as expected. I paid $25 for two poached eggs with bacon on plain toast. It felt dull.
As I said, the service staff were excellent. In time I’m sure the wow factor of the food will match the service.

Apple ginger juice was delicious, staff were slow and forgot parts of order, drinks didn’t come until we’d finished eating. Staff were friendly and food good, food came out super fast. Realise it’s newly opened and staff friendliness made up for slow service.

Food tasted good. It was evident that the restaurant was short on staff. Sitting outside could not get anyone to come around. missing knife, salt and pepper from the table could not get staff attention to get some either)
Tablets was wobbling, we could not adjusted. Checked 3 tables and all were the same.
Staff was having issues with the system and the food took quiet a while to arrive.
There is potential but definitely needs to improve. Staff was friendly.

I absolutely loved the breakfast share board, it was delicious and a uniques experience for my wife an I. It also was brought out really quickly. Overall we had a lovely experience and will definitely be back again soon :)

Overall we enjoyed being at the restaurant, the ambience terrific, views great and we were well positioned, but there were a few areas that required improvement:
1. I booked online (which was great) but 48hrs before I sent a text to the mobile phone to say that another guest was coming but I was told on the day that the mobile phone was not monitored when the restaurant was closed. Perhaps the mobile could be monitored as I was not aware that I had to rebook to add the extra person.
2. There were 11 of us for morning tea and we had chosen scones but there were not enough scones until they made some more. The fresh ones were yummy but scones can be very popular for morning tea with older people.
3. It was very busy both inside and outside and the staff did as best they could but it seemed too many people for the number of staff.
4. We were older women who really do enjoy 'hot' coffee to savour, but the coffee was only warm. Please make it much hotter.
Despite all the above, I would book again and return.

Staff were great! Coffee was really nice. All food was delicious. The scramble eggs on sour dough could of had more egg as the two were still hungry after eating it. Otherwise everything was extremely good. We will be back.

We had the share board which was good, but worked out quite expensive for a light lunch. The calamari, baked camembert and spring rolls were all good. The fries were a bit ordinary (wouldn’t have them again). More vegetable options (eg mushrooms, asparagus etc). would be a good.

A number of drinks unavailable and overheard others being told some items not available and it was only 12.30. The potato Rossi was inedible mushy and tasteless and not what a Rosti actually should be. Overall very overpriced. Very disappointed.

Just had poached eggs on toast and a rosti - unfortunately very plain! So happy the rosti was actually home made but really lacked flavour and unsure of the oil it was cooked in - unusual flavour and not to my taste. My partner said the bruschetta was 'OK'... just standard.
The full menu was not available on the QR code so had to order at counter anyway. Also didn't accept my company (salary package/sacrifice) visa.
Inside probably could do with rearranging of table so that it wasn't just a row against the wall and looking rather like an airport.
Staff were lovely and helpful, and outdoor area great!
We'll definitely be back because we think these are just teething problems and will improve :)

So pleased to finally visit this Omari. The restaurant is spacious , filled with light and the 360 views of the wonderful gardens. Food and service was friendly, prompt and prices very reasonable. The coffee alone makes a visit a must. Looking forward to evening meals in the summer months .

Love the venue! The food was good; however, my side of chips was almost cold. We had to ask for sugar and teaspoons for our coffees. Our waiter was very softly spoken, and the space amplifies conversational around the room, so it would be helpful if she could speak up.
