We all had an amazing time. Food and service was exemplary.
Chairs weren’t as comfortable as they looked But service ,staff and food were great. Will certainly be going again for this indulgence on a more regular occasion.

We had a lovely time, food was great, service was great. We were surprised we had to pay for coffee. I know it's a high tea but some people don't drink tea. We've had high tea at other places and unlimited coffee was also included. I put 7 for the value because we had a child with us and didn't think it was worth paying $33.00 for a child. Overall it was great, thank you.

Excellent!!!Tea leaves very sparse in pot though.
Every high tea we go to includes coffee.Even if you only offer one tea cup of coffee. Not everyone drinks tea so therefore your drink is not included in your high tea.
One tea cup of coffee is not that expensive.l would rather see coffee include than a added extra when you arrive.

Since we are all in isolation we organized a high tea for two takeaway and it was amazing. The staff are lovely there and so helpful and we are still eating leftovers as there was so much food.

Would have like a tea menu on the table
A knife for the scones / spread jam or 2 spoons - one jam one cream
A little more attention asking if we would like another pot of tea
Appreciate that everyone is welcome but the toddlers were extremely loud and disruptive damping the ambiance
Maybe like the cinema you could offer a parent time / session

We felt that the staff where nice but lacked some eye contact. Would like cutlery changed out so you weren’t using the same knife you used to cut the pie to put cream on your scone. But l am sure if we had if asked they would have accommodated us. We will be back.

Beautiful place and local too. Food was great. My only feedback would be they need to spend time with the customers. We ordered and got our food and drinks but then had to keep calling them over to order more drinks, water and asking them to clear the table.
Overall it was a great experience and we will be back. They just need to tweak there service and they’ll get 10/10 overall

Really lovely food, staff and service. The only complaint is as a group of 3, we were seated at a small table, once our drinks, pots of tea and food arrived we had no space and had to juggle the table wear to make it all fit, the smaller tables are really only suitable for 2 persons maximum.

The Gluten free tea was much appreciated. I thought there were too many chocolate desserts which were quite rich, a lemon tart/ meringue/ fruit tart would have been good. Music in background a bit loud when talking. But overall a fun afternoon.

would of liked little more interaction from the waiting staff, to check if things are ok, eg; ordered extra strong pot of tea, wasn't strong at all and not as hot as it should be, (I have been before and everything was perfect.) would of also liked to be asked if we wanted another drink etc, would also suggest maybe one less cake replaced with an extra savoury in the High tea, lovely place and nice staff, will be back for sure
