The food is consistently good, as is the service. The Bistro is convenient to the two theaters in the Broadway Theater center, and waitstaff conscious of curtain time. We are repeat customers. We are hiring them to cater dinner for 30 people.

Liked the buffet. Food was good. My husband's glass of wine had some sediment and a bit off-taste. Bottom of the bottle?? Liked the dessert, although could have split one.

We really liked being back at the Skylight Bistro. The menu has the right kind of variety for dinner before a play, and the service was excellent. We has 13 at the table, and they efficiently got us fed without rushing and ready to make the curtain. I am happy to see this is working well!

It was extremely warm in the dining room. I ended up moving to the bar overlooking the street. No one ever checked on me. I think you were short handed on Sat night. The server was pleasant but told me he was substituting for someone at the last minute.

This was our third or fourth time dining ahead of a show at the bistro. The food is always consistent and reasonably priced. The service is typically stellar. I get the sense they were running a person or two short last night. The place was quite full and only had one waitress and one person behind the bar. We were on a tight schedule because of the early curtain and several patrons were trying to pay and get out at the end to make the curtain. We enjoyed the evening and the meal and really felt for the server who was really hustling.

We enjoyed a ham/cheese sandwich and barbecue pork with green beans rice and mashed potatoes! I also enjoyed the lemon cake. I enjoyed the menu variety. Prices were competitive with other restaurants. I hope this group will continue to provide dining before the evening shows.

Everything was very nice. We purchased a buffet. The food was great, but just wished there was more of a variety. Also, it was very hot in the dining room. If the heat was unable to be controlled properly, maybe a fan could have been used?

I made a reservation which was confirmed but I was not aware that the only option would be buffet. In this day of COVID buffet is a bit uncomfortable (many people touching spoons, etc). We went with it. Some of the items were very good but others were not good. Cupcakes for dessert were good but an odd dessert for a restaurant. I love the conveniance of eating at the bistro and seeing a show but would re-consider if buffet is going to be the only option. The waiter was very nice but very busy.

There were two minuse
1. The salad my friend had did not have the ingredients listed on the menu. The server did ask if she wanted something else.
2. The bar was not very well stocked.
