Our waitress (Sam B) was maybe stretched serving our table of 13 members and the other tables - no big complaint, it would have been nice to have more of her attention.
The table linens and flatware &glassware were nice - the food stations worked well. A grandson said If all he had to eat everyday of all the foods, he would only eat Ravioli - he loved it, so did I. Our bill was overcharged with an additional 'adult'. I phoned to report that and was told the GM would get back to me. The bill stated there were 4 children when actually one was a 14 year old so he should have been charged the adult rate, I believe.
Everyone in our party was very pleased as were we. Thank you for being here to serve the community.

Gets a little hard for everyone to move around in the bar area when it is mostly full. will be better when the weather warms and we can go outside on the patio, meanwhile we love Marv and Kaat . It would be nice to mix up the menu with different choices once in a while or serve nightly specials on occasion. Cramming the talent back in the corner is not the best way to show case them. Do enjoy the variety of entertainment available.

My only complaint is it would be nice to have more healthy food choices. Lots more vegetable choices, less sugar and high saturated fat for those wanting to eat healthier. Price was high for less food choices to choose from health wise

The location, food, employees and hospitality is always awesome.
Lakeville is known for the landscaping but was also known as a place where diversity was scarce.
South of the Mississippi historically has been known for racism, but not with Briannos!

Perfect evening! The patio seating was wonderful. The musician could have been a little less loud. They were extremely busy; so, it took the waitress a bit of time to get us our beverages. But, she apologized-wasn't her fault. There was plenty of staff. For some strange reason our waitress had a hard time remembering we needed some "to go" boxes. Everyone in our party said their food ws great!

We had a wonderful and very relaxing dinner under the professional and personable care of Becka. The filet and lobster combo were cooked to perfection. Also enjoyed the steak bites appetizer which came out tender and sizzling. I enjoyed that the entrees came with a fresh vegetables medley and incredibly smooth mashed potatoes. High marks for general manager Kathy. She runs a great restaurant. Looking forward to the patio opening up.

We have eaten at a number of buffets and the food at this Thanksgiving buffet was excellent. Your carving table NY strip was unexpected and everyone in our party raved over it. Only one area seemed worth a suggestion and that was the food table flow. One can start at either end and bump into oncoming people at some point. Everyone accepted it and so only a thought that flow could be looked at but it worked and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Beautiful setting. Entree Options too limited. Music was nice. My meal (MN Walleye was alright, but the "lemon cream sauce" should be re-defined on your menu as "lemon dill cream sauce". I couldn't eat it and had to scrap it off. Otherwise, it was quite nice.

We had a group of 9 women and they had everything ready for us under the roof out on the patio. The young lady who served us was efficient and cordial. Everyone thought there food was very good and we plan on being back.

I have been to the Chart House several times. They have excellent food plus the area has absolutely beautiful views. They have entertainment some of the evenings, check their web site for that and much more. In the summer evenings, they have beautiful fountains lite with different colored lights. If you have been there once, you will want to go back, and back, and back. Beverly

We look forward to our visits to the Chart House every summer, it has wonderful ambience; gorgeous patio; friendly and attentive wait staff; and excellent music. We were very disappointed that there were some menu changes, specifically the Hawaiian Flatbread had been REMOVED from the menu. While there were other flatbread/pizza options NONE seemed as good as the Hawaiiain Flatbread we have gotten on EVERY previous visit. Even the ''make your own' would have been a good alternative if the pineapple and candaian bacon had been topping options. Please bring back the Hawaiian Flatbread or include options for make your own.
