Copperwing Distillery

Copperwing Distillery is a craft micro distillery located in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Our cocktail room offers drinks and flights featuring our handcrafted spirits and from scratch ingredients.

We are open for limited hours Fridays and Saturdays. In an effort to keep our employees and guests as safe as possible during this unprecedented time we have implemented the following requirements and procedures.

- We require reservations with accurate contact info
- We require facemask usage indoors and during interactions with staff or other guests.
- Most seating is outside. Reservations will be canceled in the event of severe weather.
- Drinks will come in disposable, compostable containers.
- Staff will wear masks at all times. Staff will wear gloves while preparing cocktails.
- We reserve the right to augment and enforce these rules at our discretion.
