My group has been to all of these luncheons. We think this was the best ever.
We all ordered something different and sampled each others' lunch. Fantastic!
Our server Macy hit it out of the ballpark. Fabulous smile and a personality to match.

The crawfish crisps were delicious. Hard to split the third one between 2 people though.
The crab beignets (three bites for $14) were not a good value. Too expensive for literally one bite each. The beignet part was like a rock. Again, hard to split the third one between 2 people.
The soft shell crab and accompanying salad garnish was delicious, but needed another side dish to make it substantial at that price point. Rice, noodles or bread would be inexpensive but add substance to the meal.

I did like very much the idea of Tet marché. For the food there was maybe too many fried staff, it takes away a bit of the real taste, but the fusion of Asian and Cajun style is very promisingly. And for service too, you can be better, not for the friendliness, but to arrange plates on table, especially when you are sharing the plates, you should serve a plane plate for each person. It is a detail, but important.

Really enjoyed the experience. The cohort students were all very personable and we enjoyed learning about their journeys. A lot of the food was fairly messy to eat (crispy crawfish, pulling heads off of prawns) but it was all delicious. My prawns were slightly undercooked.
