I can't rate the food because we didn't order anything. I observed a lot of junk food.
The only complaint I have it the videos that played in the background of the songs. They were not the original music videos to the songs, and was a bit comical. Our group of 9 truly enjoyed ourselves and we would all go back on the future.

I had a great time. The only issue I’d say is my party was complaining of the watered down drinks that wasn’t top shelf liquor. Other than that, Karaoke Duet is a great vibe. My 2nd time celebrating my bday here. You can bring your own food. It’s gets no better than that.

There were a lot of newer Japanese songs that were not available, especially for tokusatsu (Super Sentai + Kamen Rider). The karaoke for Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger (2004 show which was extremely popular in Japan) was also not available, which was disappointing.

We had an excellent time at Duet48 and will be returning soon. We had an issue with the iPad not working someone came in immediately to reset it, then added additional time for the inconvenience. Great staff, very clean and drinks are good A+ establishment

Ever since I discovered this location. It has been the spot for me. For every precious celebration. Let it be date night, family vibe or just random fun outings. It's small, intimate, very clean and super fun. The food can be waaaay better either over cooked or undered cooked but the dranks serve is great. If your first timer or a regular like me either way this location is amazing.

Servers were very welcoming and friendly, and overall were able to attend to our needs as best as they could. However, I am a bit disappointed with the lacking song selection for Japanese songs. I could have sworn there was a greater variety during my last visit. I hope the Japanese song catalogue will be updated soon.

Overall a great experience. Didn't like the policy of only putting the cost of the whole room on one card. Pre-covid we were able to pay per person. Now we can't and it was difficult for a large room of people to place the total cost on one card. Same thing with the bar service. I'd come back if that policy could be adjusted. The actual room, the drinks and the service was great.

This is a very expensive karaoke bar, especially as we got the double-screen high capacity room (25 people). Song selection is great and service is efficient, though. This was our third time, and we will be back in the future.

The interface for choosing songs was a bit cumbersome, but it especially would've been nice to use Youtube to select specific songs that we wanted. The song library was a bit lacking for our particular tastes, and there were volume and microphone issues plenty of times throughout. The room where we sung was nice, but a bit small, and the screen was also a little small and had these extremely outdated, early 2000s seeming background videos. They have their charm, but I still wish it was more modernized. When there was a newer video playing in the background, it didn't sync up with what the chosen song was actually about at all, and frankly just seemed like an out of place K pop video most of the time. Lastly, the overall pricing was just not worth it. It seemed like a lot of money for a fairly middle of the road experience. This place is simply too expensive for us and we probably won't be coming back, despite the fact that we did have fun.

Room #11 barely had any lighting and even though it is meant to hold up to 12, 7 people in this space was barely enough.
Also there was a noticeable large hole in the wall underneath the one light that was working.
Our servers were fantastic.
