Our thin crust pizza is made from imported Italian flour, an old family pizza sauce recipe, a blend of the finest whole milk & part skim mozzarella cheese and fresh toppings. Our wood burning oven was crafted especially for us by master oven builders from Europe. Prepare yourself for a truly unique pizza experience! Our Fresh pasta is made on premises daily. The Hawks Nest is our intimate, table-served gourmet restaurant space.
