Service was extremely slow throughout the entire evening. Arrived at 7.10, a party if 10 but not seated for half an hour. Drinks order missed people and wrong drink delivered to table.
Starters and mains were ordered. Starters arrived after 40 minutes wait. Even longer for mains which arrived almost 2 hours after arrival. No apologies for delays and dining room was not full. Staff seemed totally dis-interested with the delays. Starter not as menu described and very dry. Turkey meal was served with no gravy. As for the pheasant, this was seriously overcooked, dry and tough. Feedback given but no apology or response from the kitchen. A self respecting chef woukd not have sent it out. All meals were on the expensive side and certainly not value for money.
