This is the second time we have been to the event. Enjoyed it again. However feel that you are not making the most of promoting your wines. What about various flight offering small amount of a variety of wines with information about them and how they compliment the foods on offer.
My husband and I had red wine and it was served in freezing cold glasses, almost uncomfortable to hold and certainly didn' t do anything to improve the wine, it was too cold. I know some reds can be served chilled but not all of them you have on offer.
Enjoyed the mixed platter. Might be imagining it but thought the first time we came there were 3 cheeses, this time only two. We didn't want masses of cheese but 3 small amounts might have been better.
We really loved the olives, really tasty and good quality.
My husband is coeliac and he appreciated the gluten free bread that you provided.
We would consider coming again but would like a little variation of the food on offer. Cold platters are absolutely fine but might need to offer something different. ( not pastry things though as coeliac would struggle)
Shame not more people there to provide more lively atmosphere. Not your fault thought, Easingwold is such a hard place to attract people to something different. We applaud you for trying.
