Staff work very hard here,
The menu gave alot of choices and portion sizing or huge,
My family and my self have 3 nights a felmoor park and we ate Saturday Sunday for lunch then breakfast Monday morning,the breakfast should be called "The gut buster" the produce on the plate,hash browns,black pudding,grilled tomatoes beans two sausages 2 bacon 2 slices of toast with fresh fried mushrooms,
When we book again at felmoor park I'm definitely using the crazy horse and not take food to the lodge,much easier eating there and cheaper,

Booked a table for 4 online easy enough to do. Lovely helpful staff. Lots of options from the menu. Ordered cheese burger, veggie burger and 2 chicken kebabs. We all agreed it was very tasty and good portion sizes. Would definitely visit again.

I will definitely be back! The service was amazing the staff were friendly and helpful. It was my daughters birthday and they had a birthday banner on the table and give her a birthday balloon. The food was delicious and had plenty of choice on the menu. I would recommend to my friends and family. Such a lovely atmosphere too.

Lovely bar and restaurant and service and food. BUT Felmore Park is advertised as a dog friendly place. But there is only 3 tables for people with dogs. So if we hadn’t got a table we would have had to go back to lodge with no dinner. But Manager sorted us out with a table. When you have such a big restaurant and tables well apart I’m sure some of it could be given up for doggy people who want to have a drink and eat.

This is our second holiday at Felmoor and we have really enjoyed ourselves yet again!. This time I found the food to be very nice rather than outstanding as it was in May 2022. Very friendly staff with the Deco being what you would expect from a restaurant called crazy hourse on a holiday park I found it strange that they took payment for your full order before being served. However, this because clear once the food arrived. I ordered the blue cheese burger and my wife had the chilli the two kids had margarita pizza. All four meals were ineffable. The waitress didn't bad an eye so I suspect this is common. We had this experience our first night and went out the park to eat every day after

Went in for 6.30pm to order food, immediately informed they were closing kitchen for an hour to catchup! 7.25pm a staff member said you can book but it will be another hour for food! Felt as though they were putting us ordering.Food came 8.25pm.
Staff is not as friendly as previous. We've been going 2/3 times a year fir over 6 years.
Popped in fir food at 5pm on the Sunday and a simple question of asking .."What tine do you close" what met with..wherever! We had one drink and left and ordered a takeaway..
We visited the Tavern bar during our stay abd could not fault them....so friendly, polite, welcoming and food was lovely.

Food was absolutely disgusting. Ann you bar supervisor was fantastic. We have been coming to the park for years and always visited the pub, but to be blunt you definitely need new chiefs. Yous use to do a beautiful Sunday roast with a dish of home cooked veg not any more. We got a full refund in our food. It’s a shame that the new owners have spoilt a good pub. Plus seeing the chiefs sitting on the bank side around the corner smoking was a bit put off. Come on new owners you’re letting your people that own lodges down as well as guests.

We were quite impressed with The Crazy Horse Saloon. It has a welcoming atmosphere and a good selection of drinks. The staff are also good. Stopped off here for lunch on the way to the zoo. Had pre-booked a table thinking it may be busy but felt a bit like intruders when we first arrived. The restaurant was empty, staff were still cleaning and we weren't acknowledged at all (stood for about 10 mins) until I approached someone about our booking and was told to sit anywhere. About 20 mins after sitting down still no-one had acknowledged us so I went in search of a menu and ordered our food at the bar, with a friendly member of staff. Having said the above, the food arrived quickly, piping hot and value for money and a staff member did come and ask us if our food was ok during our meal. I would still recommend worth a visit, but think some of the staff could have better customer care training.

We ate in the Crazy Horse both nights of our stay, and whilst the service on the Friday was ok, on the Saturday it was very slow. We waited a while for our order to be collected, and then over an hour for our main meals, and had to twice ask for our second drinks order - which arrived when we were nearly finished eating. We had a toddler with us, and I can't sit long with pain, so we had to leave as soon as we'd eaten, and leave our husbands to finish their drinks after their meal.
