Such a great restaurant in the DTR area. Our reservation happened to be on a very pleasant (weather) day, and seated outside was magnificent! The food and special drinks are wonderful, and the service is always pleasant and attentive. I highly recommend.

We had such a good time! We had a reservation & were quickly seated even though they were packed! Destiny was our server & she was awesome!! Quick to greet us, gave recommendations for sushi rolls & brought us extra peppers. We will definitely be back soon!

I have a food allergy and Blu is extra careful when dealing with it. I saw them clean their whole work station and equipment to insure no cross contamination. I greatly appreciate their safety and cleanliness. Their hospitality and overall service is excellent.

If you love Sushi you will love this place! It is top notch! The people that work there, Mandy, David, Ash and Maggie ( and the 2 guys that I don’t know their names) all work hard but are also friendly and professional. We love having Mandy make the chefs choice and are always pleased. The only negative is it can be a bit warm in there but when it’s 90+ outside it’s hard to do that. We will come back often!

Absolutely one of the best recent dining experiences I’ve had. The food is a delicious as it was beautiful. We had the special appetizer suggested by our server, Maggie and t lll it was great. Dinner was The VanDam and the City Hall rolls and wow. So fresh with so many layers of flavor. Our server, Maggie was terrific. She seemed pretty stretched as the only server, but we never really felt it. Can’t wait to come back.

We would love a full bar. We aren't big beer/wine people so a full bar would be amazing. The food is always on point and super delicious. I wish it wasn't so hard to get in for a table. This reservation system has been nice the last few weekends we have eaten at BLU DTR. Keep it up!

A friend and I went to blu DTR to celebrate my birthday. We were relieved that we put in a reservation- it was packed at 6pm on Wednesday. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu items and provided great recommendations. We had the Lava Lobster as an appetizer and The Shaggy Dog and Flaming Blu sushi rolls as our entrees. The food was phenomenal. We received complimentary mochi ice cream for my birthday and it was a great way to end the meal.

The food was amazing as it always is at Blu, but the service was less than ideal. Starting with the hostess who did not acknowledge our presence upon arrival and with tables seated after ours receiving food and drink before our table. It reminded me of the service issues of Blu on the lake when it was open. As much as I want to support expansion of this restaurant, I feel it cannot compete with the original Bentonville location.

The inside temperature of the building was quite warm. Even though the AC was running at 5:30. It was very warm in there. The food was amazing. The service was wonderful and the decor. Is delightful. Just fix the A/C.
