This was our first visit and we absolutely loved the food. The sushi was fresh and everything we had was well executed. We started with the edamame which was garlicky and tasty - fresh out of the oven. We also had the Blu chef's special roll, the seafood linguine and the lobster mac and cheese. My only comment is i would like bigger chunks of lobster in the mac and cheese. The wine options were good and when the one i requested wasn't available, they made a good suggestion which went well with all the food.

Awesome place for three ladies to feel Welcome and Comfortable. Virlinda went overboard to serve our table. She answered all questions, did not rush our orders and kept our glasses full. The Patio was perfect for Birthday Celebrations.
The food was freshly prepared and delicious. Your Clam chowder was the best I have ever eaten. The Lady from Maryland enjoyed the grilled crab cakes. She said there was more meat than filler.

We loved being able to sit outside in the bubble. We had an appetizer and two entrees from the special seasonal menu and all were excellent. We enjoyed the French bottle of wine and Michelle, our server, was helpful in describing the specials as well as possible wine choices. All in all it was a super three hour lunch!

Blu fish is one of my in-laws favorite restaurants in Bentonville and they always keep a supply of their smoked salmon on hand for their charcuterie board. The smoked salmon was excellent so we made a dinner reservation for a party of 6 and I am glad we did as they were packed. They have indoor seating on both sides, but unless you cannot smell, I suggest you stay away from dining on the fish market side as the smell is pungent. They have an outdoor patio that has several portable heat lamps as well as overhead heaters so although it was in the low 40's outside, we were very comfortable.
For starters, we dined on the calamari, jumbo coconut shrimp, vegetable tempura and ahi tuna tartare. The coconut shrimp and ahi tartare were the top favorites. I could not get over how vibrant and fresh the ahi tuna tartare was.
For our mains, we dined on the pecan crusted cod and lobster ravioli from the evening specials, the seafood risotto, mussels and the salmon teriyaki bowl. All of the dishes were delicious, except the lobster ravioli was just ok. The ravioli were extra large, the red sauce lacked flavoring and was a little watery, and the shrimp still had the shell on, which was a tad annoying.
I am a sucker for tres leches cake, so when I saw that they had 3 leches chocolate cake, I was all over it and it was delicious! I definitely plan on going back before we leave.
