This was our first time at Blu, and we loved it! The cocktail sauce was so good, just spicy enough to tickle the nose. I had the no-carb option of snapper and veggies cooked in a foil packet and my husband had a cod special. Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. Our server was attentive and enthusiastic. We will definitely be back next time we are in Bentonville!

Had a good time at my dinner last night. The sushi was delicious, and my friend got fish with mashed potatoes, which were also delicious. The service and atmosphere were great. As a suggestion, it would be great to have a better parking lot; other than that, I enjoyed it. I will definitely be back.

We were quite satisfied. The staff was friendly and helpful with choices. It was our first time here and we sat at tables in bar area. Busy and in a walk thru area so ambiance was what it was. But food was great. Homemade dressings yummy. Side salads perfect size. Calamari with tempura veggies yummy. The edamame in soy and garlic, freshest and best have ever had. Our snapper and catfish, slaw and frenchfries great. Food hot and served in timely fashion. Lotsa smiles and great personalities by all staff.

This visit I brought 2 first time friends. We had crab cakes, lobster bisque, chiefs salad and crab hush puppies. We topped all that wonderful food with their delicious coconut cake. Service was awful and pleasant. I highly recommend it.

We just celebrated our 36th anniversary at Blu in Bentonville, Arkansas. It was just as delicious as when we were there for our 30th. Best fresh seafood anywhere not directly on any of the coasts. We sat in the market side and had the added "show" of a delivery of live lobsters from back East. It was most interesting and entertaining. All of the staff were wonderful, personable and helpful in their recommendations. We'll be back for an anniversary some time down the road when we're back in Bentonville.

The food was excellent! The service was even better. Our server paid close attention to our needs and made most excellent recommendations! We had 4 different entree’s and 2 different apps. I even purchased from the fresh fish market to take some home to cook. The guys in the market stored my purchase for me until after my dinner and my server got it for me on the way out.
While the have some very fine and creative entrees I personally ordered the fish and chips and it was the best I have ever had anywhere ever!!

Our appetizers and meals were very tasty. The tuna stack appetizer was fabulous! My husband's dish was one of the featured daily specials (I can't remember) and he was pleased with his choice. As it was my birthday, I thought the Chef's Surprise Sushi Roll was an appropriate dish to order. It was super delicious! It had three or four kinds of fresh fish and it was wrapped in a thin wrapper, that I could barely notice it was there. Also, after enjoying the tuna stack I was a bit concerned about eating more rice on my sushi rolls, but alas the rice was more like sprinkled in the roll, instead of caked around the meat. The chocolate brownie tantalized my tastebuds. It was moist and full of chocolate bites with the frosting having a little extra spirits. Kayla, our server was most knowledgable about the menu and gave her personal edits throughout placing our order. Thank you for a wonderful dinner experience.

WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR WHOLE EXPERIENCE. THIS WAS OUR FIRST VISIT, BUT NOT OUR LAST. ENJOYED VISITING WITH ABRAHAM AND ROBERT BEHIND THE SUSHI BAR; VERY NICE FOLKS. ALSO, VISITED AND SHARED STORIES WITH THE GUMBO QUEEN, LINDA. WE WILL BE BACK ! MIKE AND BRENDA

Took out of state company for lunch, loved everything about it!
Only thing that I did not appreciate was driving my car with clean polished wheels and tires on loose white gravel parking lot.
