We regularly visit and were very pleased to see the reconfiguration of the small tables near the windows which means we can once again chat and watch the squirrels and birds from inside. Usual high standards, perhaps two slices of toast with the two poached eggs would be better? Nit picking really, had a great time and will be back.

I love the setting to come and have a coffee and breakfast, the service was excellent, I had requested a table by the window, as we like to look out at the birds feeding and squirrels which we had, the only thing wrong, very small thing, was that the tables near the window for 2 have been turned round so only one of you could look out the window at the wildlife. It would be lovely if you put them back as they originally were, so you can both lookout whilst having your meal and chat

An amazing place in the woods, where you can relax with great food, in a lovely atmosphere, while watching numerous squirrels cavorting round the nearby feeders. Unfortunately our food order was wrong, (probably because it wasn't written down), but that was soon rectified and we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. The staff are both relaxed and polite. The overall vibe is extremely conducive to taking your time and lingering over another excellent coffee. We will be back!

Loved the setting and atmosphere. Good sandwiches but rather disappointing cake selection. Cake was very ordinary (lemon drizzle) and not worth the calories or price really. Should have been more interesting or feel homemade perhaps? Otherwise a lovely lunch experience without being hassled to order or move on.

We treated my parents to a breakfast which we all really enjoyed. The setting was really nice and relaxing. We enjoyed watching the birds feeding from the bird feeders outside. The only downside was the problem with some wasps outside. But a small price to pay for a beautiful place to eat.

Lovely setting with helpful, welcoming staff. We all enjoyed our food and found the "small plates" good value for money and just right for lunch. Our table was right next to the window though and, as the sun moved round, it became unbearably hot. That, combined with the very loud music did rather spoil what would otherwise have been an excellent experience.

Had to ask for food prices as not clear on menu. Waitress was not sure either but then said there was no pounds and pence and could be a price bet some stated ie 5/7.5. Just put £5 - £7.50 would be much easier for people. Very nice food well priced and presented, lovely place. Thank you will come again.

I had the medium breakfast, it was served on a small plate and didn't look very appetising when served as all the food was piled on top of other items due to the small plate. The sausage look a bit grey and seemed to have been cut down from larger sausages as both parts had a cut end. I have visited before and enjoyed it, but this experience has made me think about if I would return.
