The Victorian Room restaurant is fantastic! We took advantage of the breakfast package and are so glad we did. You can either order from the menu or take advantage of an elaborate buffet. The food was excellent! We made the decision on our second night to also have dinner in the Victorian Room to avoid fighting the holiday crowds at local restaurants. The food and service were outstanding. Our server on two of the 3 nights was Aerial. She went out of her way to ensure that we could make good choices given some of the dietary restrictions our granddaughter has. The restaurant was challenged for staff, like many restaurants and hotels. However, you would never know that Aerial was stretched thin ~ she was personable and extremely attentive. She conveyed that she was genuinely concerned that we were well taken care of. We were so happy with our service on the first night that we returned the next night in hopes that we would have Aerial as our server again. Fortunately, we did. Given the crowds in Ocean City over the July 4th holiday and, the shortage of staff, we were so happy the Victorian Room was a dining option. Eating there 3 out of our 4-night stay, saved us from fighting the crowds and waiting for long periods of time.

Was told this online reservation wasn't applicable, that seating at breakfast is first-come, first-serve. Didn't mind the wait but having this service is misleading .

The food was GREAT. Delicious and healthy. Victorian Room will be my new GO TO Restaurant. Loved the entire experience. The piano player Shirley was fabulous. She has her own special style. First time I heard her. Ambiance and value and waitress ---- ALL GREAT.

Baked potato was not a welcome surprise substitute for roasted potatoes. And no crab cakes was a disappointment. Otherwise, service was solicitous and food was delicious!
