After 14 years of serving its community, Carte Blanche will cease operations effective July 1st, 2024. The decision was made in response to evolving guest preferences and the challenging landscape of staffing and operational management in the restaurant industry.
The dedicated team behind Carte Blanche will now concentrate their efforts on elevating the dining experiences at their sister restaurants, Wilhelmina and Olivia. They extend their sincere gratitude to all their loyal patrons for their years of support and cherished memories. We had high hopes but we were sadly disappointed. There were a couple of great items, the ‘ravioli’ was divine as was the sea bass and lamb. The steak was dreadful, tough and gristle. Two of us had it, one couldn’t eat any and all I could eat were the ends. The rock lobster was pure salt and I usually love me some salt!
The service was exemplary and the atmosphere is so lovely as well as it was nice to receive a complimentary lava cake. So we did have a lovely evening, just not as amazing with some of our menu choices

Big disappointment! Perhaps they should simplify the dishes (each had many ingredients) to get better control of flavors. Concept was great - service great. Food just did not taste good - in 2 courses (out of 4) were either so salty or such a weird flavor we could not eat it. Even our comped desert lava cake did not taste good. Recommend that servers taste everything prior to serving. Note: we did not do wine pairings. Others who did wine pairings seemed more satisfied

Carte Blanche was absolutely fantastic! From the food to the ambience, they don’t miss a beat! Everything was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed Glen, Ken, and Reis, the chef, is amazing! We had an incredible meal and evening. Loved it from start to finish! We would definitely return to this wonderful restaurant!
