Cubas cookin is one of my faves on the island. I always go twice during my 11 day stay on the island. I always order the shrimp enchilada. This trip the dish didn't taste the same each time. Must be a different chef. Sauce wqs good second tome but excellent and much thicker and richer first time. Consistency would be great.

Excellent Cuban food. Casual yet trendy. Kept clean for a busy alfresco restaurant. Added bonus with a Cuban guitar player talented and volume appropriate. Highly recommended if you want Cuban cuisine.

Food was very bland for Cuban food, obviously the Viejo Ropa is not cooked for hours, tasted more like a poor quality pot roast with little taste.
