Olivia has been one of top favorites in Aruba for several years. The menu is unique and inventive, they offer many incredible vegetarian options, and they change the dishes offered to keep things interesting. From the beginning of our meal to the end of our meal everything was perfect. Our server, Susan, was wonderful and she made sure we had everything we needed to make sure we enjoyed our experience. If you want to enjoy delicious food and feel you are in a tropical oasis this is the place to be and an experience not to be missed.

The atmosphere was inviting and inspiring. Susan our waitress was wonderful. She answered all of our questions and maintained a cordial and welcoming spirit. The additional staff that brought our foods explained how they were made and answered any questions we had.

This is our new favorite restaurant in Aruba. The food is always impressive. Perfect tasty bites the chef offers prior to the meal are creative and delicious. The service could not be better. We've dined at Olivia several times over the last two years. The restaurant is very pretty with a ceiling that is open to the sky and large open windows so there is a nice indoor/outdoor feel. The wait staff is friendly and knowledgable. There is a creative cocktail menu. The meal starts with a delicious amuse bouche of labne with zataar and smoke olive oil. The dishes are creative and make excellent use of Middle Eastern spices. We dine here every time we come to Aruba.

Absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere, the food, and most importantly, the staff, were all top-notch. The restaurant was clean and lively, and the service was timely. Our table was ready before our reservation time, and we were seated and greeted with a smile :) Table service was professional and personable. The food quality was superb and appropriately priced. We had a fantastic meal at Olivia's. Our son ranked it number one out of all the restaurants we had gone to during the week. The food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant inside is very pretty. Absolutely delicious! I love the inside outside concept and the variety of the menu has something for everyone. I had the escargot as appetizer and the schrimp tagliatelle as main course - both totally hit the spot. Portions are quite big though so I would suggest sharing an appetizer.

We happened to hear someone raving about Olivia so we gave a try on our last night in Aruba and we loved it! The ambience is beautiful, the food was divine - the best lamb we've ever had! This was our first time at Olivia. My friend is vegetarian so we picked this restaurant because of the many vegetarian options. We were blown away by the beautiful atmosphere and the service by their outstanding staff. However, it was the food that left the most lasting impression on us from the stunning presentation, the experience each bite offered to the fabulous flavours it is something we won’t soon forget!

Service was amazing! Tortellini, and other appetizers were fabulous. Garidas Sagnaki was SUPER salty- didn’t enjoy it.

Started off a little rocky as we waited at least 15 minutes before being waited on, but thereafter service was exceptional, and food was beyond fantastic. You must must try the smoked barramundi (fish), and baba ghanoush! fattoush salad with grilled shrimp was wonderful. For dessert I would suggest the orange crème brûlée.

We had an unfortunate experience with a new
Server and I never got
My order. The manager did apologize and comped us a dessert. I’ll definitely try again as what we did get , sea bass, was excellent.

Appetizers were very good. Artichokes excellent. Barimundi and baba gnoush very good. Eggplant ravioli was ok ( not much eggplant flavor) but asparagus and other ingredients in the bowl or better.. moussaka was not good. Salty, heavy and extremely hot ( temp) bechamel too hardened . Service excellent. Non alcoholic berry drink excellent . Dessert heavy also. Cheesecake too dense even for ricotta. Icecream, cherries very good .

This was the first time we visited Olivia Restaurant, very friendly waiters and waitresses. We loved the ambiance. We started with cocktails, they were delicious with surprising tastes. The food was extraordinary good. There was a good winelist and the desserts were superb.

Our server didn’t give us much of an introduction or say anything about the menu to give us some guidance. The food was good but maybe had too many flavors going on to the point where it was a little confusing, specifically the seabass. I was most excited about this menu out of all the places we had reservations at but it ended up being one of my least favorite dinners. The ambiance was wonderful. Such a beautiful place!
