We absolutely loved our meal at Olivia. The food was outstanding - each dish vibrant, colorful, delicious and perfectly executed and seasoned. The service was top notch and attentive without it being overbearing. We will be thinking about our meal for a very long time and only wish we could somehow recreate it at home!

Overall, I give Olivia a solid 10. The food is absolutely delicious!! The whole Dorado and the lamb chops are my two favorite entrees. The only reason I took a point off for food is because I wish you had more of a variety of vegetables (zucchini - squash - spinach - etc.). That being said, I understand some produce items might be difficult to get regularly. Service and atmosphere are fantastic!! My husband and I visit frequently, when we are on the island. Looking forward to seeing all of you again on our next visit!!

Olivia offers an array of wonderful Mediterranean flavors from both sides of the sea so there are some unique not often spices showcased in Mediterranean restaurants. On my last two visits I enjoyed delicious mains: Seabass crusted with saffron & dukkah and Branzino Filet with beet hummus—both taste tingling! Appetizers were equally unique and tasty: Smoked Baramundi Filet w/baba ghanoush and Roasted Red Beets with Labnah. From the beginning of our meal to the end of our meal everything was perfect. Our server, Susan, was wonderful and she made sure we had everything we needed to make sure we enjoyed our experience. The atmosphere was inviting and inspiring. Susan our waitress was wonderful. She answered all of our questions and maintained a cordial and welcoming spirit. The additional staff that brought our foods explained how they were made and answered any questions we had.
The food was a 10+++. Beginning with the sampling of the gazpacho and the other items brought to us

My wife and I had a great dinner here! Our server, Gianni, was very helpful with suggestions and friendly. Our food was delicious (beef carpacio, seabass, eggplamt raviol). The open air vibe was lovely and quiet.

This is our new favorite restaurant in Aruba. The food is always impressive. Perfect tasty bites the chef offers prior to the meal are creative and delicious. The service could not be better. Everyone is professionally dressed and personable as well as knowledgeable about their menu. I wish I could think of a place for improvement. I cannot.
