At the Main Ingredient restaurant inside the Medford Gospel Mission, each meal is planned, prepared, and served by a team made up of our program participants, local church volunteers and staff, providing an excellent opportunity for practicing relationships and hospitality together in a fun and relaxed atmosphere in our restaurant-style dining room with a restaurant quality meal and experience at no cost to our dinner guests.

Cuisinako Asian Kitchen established on May 20, 2023 in Newport Oregon. It was Asaitico Asian Kitchen in Depoe Bay established on 2019 that moved location in Newport. It’s the new fun way for your gastronomic delights. A chef driven small locally owned Asian Fusion restaurant. The Chef’s mission is to introduce food that is a reflection of his culture and experience.

Perched on the end of a public pier with a panoramic bay view on Newport’s historic Bayfront, Saffron Salmon showcases northwest cuisine utilizing local and fresh ingredients. As sea life frolic outside the window, guests dine amidst contemporary art in this visually stunning eatery.
