Our waitress was charming, friendly and efficient. She is a keeper, Lot 88. For the first time since coming to Lot 88 the Chicken Parmesan was not good. It was soggy. This is the dish I order almost every time as it is usually done to perfection so you can imagine my disappointment. Food was incredible for 3/4 of us at the table. My husband didn’t want to cook his own steak so ordered it chef prepared. It come out at over cooked. The staff were quite apologetic and re made his entire dish. We all left full and very happy. Highly recommend.

This was my first experience at Lot 88 and most certainly will not be my last. Four of us came in, had excellent meals, had superb service by a young man ( I think his name was Cam). The experience of being able to cook your own meat on the hot stone was really something else and alot of fun. The cut of the meat, the vegetables, the potatoes, the drinks, everything was outstanding! We will be back. Thank you for being the most perfect little restaurant. This is exactly what I would do if I had one. Even the music wasn't overpowering and had a good variety to cater to everyone. They were business people, they were families, they were friends like us just getting together having a great time. I'm really glad we chose to come there and as stated before we will be back!

My girlfriends and I had a great experience at your restaurant. The only suggestion that both my friend and I agreed on was that we wish there were bigger pecan pieces in the lott88 salad. It’s a great salad but very tiny tidbits of pecans. I think it would bring the salad up a notch with bigger pieces (maybe even candied pecans

First time to this restaurant. Food was very good and staff very friendly. We enjoyed the full experience. If you like seafood try the shrimp appetizer, sooooo good. A little spicy and a little sweet. Very yummy. Then I had the breaded chicken breast served with vegetables and mashed potatoes. Mu husband had the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer and the burger with the egg. Sooooo yummy!! The lava cake was very good as well.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Lot 88. Our server, Danielle was amazing. Very friendly, understanding and extremely knowledgeable.
Our food was delicious (as always). My daughter is in the food industry and was very impressed with not only the experience with slab cooking but also presentation. She lives in the states and has never heard of this kind of cooking. Next time she comes to visit she wants to bring her husband here.

Just a little loud. Could use some fabric in the form of art on the walls to help bring down the volume.
Ps both my dad and I have significant hearing loss. If it’s too loud for us I can’t imagine what it’s like for others.
Otherwise as always a wonderful meal and service.

This was an excellent dining experience - my food was perfect ! Really ! The staff welcomed us and were so accommodating and friendly - great ambience and relaxed atmosphere. Its so nice when the customer service provider (nee waitress) introduced us to the lava rock food adventure and I look forward to trying this again & again - soon I hope. I like that the Manager came by (I asked him - had a sneaking suspicion) for a quality check - they really have great staff at the Orillia location. Highly recommended. Scrumptious.
