We enjoyed an amazing meal/experience last night that was both pleasant to eye and equally impressive in both taste and texture.
The only feedback I would have, is that cocktails are provided before the first course and that guest have time to enjoy it before being served.

Would have liked to have more room in between tables. There was no music so our whole dinner we could hear the table next to us talk loudly. Inconsistent effort between waitstaff. Magnificent food. Would like it if dinner rooms were open to have variety

Excellent food, best table in Ottawa in our experience. Wine pairing was disappointing and we felt not a good value. We would have preferred to be afforded the time to enjoy our cocktail before service started. We would have appreciated more information from the sommelier regarding the reasons each wine was chosen with each course. Overall we enjoyed it and will certainly be back.

Hi,
I had a lovely evening and the service was superb. I felt that the lighting in the dining area was far too bright and lacked atmosphere.
The food was good, the first and second course much better that the third. The Buffalo was a bit dry and the jus a bit lack luster. I'm a huge fan of French cuisine and frequented many Michelin star restaurants around the world and not say that last night's dinner was in the same league. It was wonderful and the wine pairing was spot on however, not Michelin star quality hence I'm not sure the marketing of 12 combined stars is appropriate. Again, all in all a lovely evening.
