This was my first time at Z'Amore, but it definitely won't be my last. The staff were very accommodating (I was running late, but they held our table), welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The food was excellent. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

6 of us enjoyed equally delicious but different meals. Friendly owner and staff. Could have served an Italian wine as their house white. Found $19 for an 8oz of wine to be a little expensive. The outside of the store could use a bit of light and decorations. Other than that, fabulous experience.

A great restaurant run by a lovely family. The fried zucchini is the best we've ever had. The Z'Amore salad is terrific. Both the Fettucine Alfredo and the Gnocchi al fromaggio were excellent. We have been several times and the food is deliciously consistent and very very good. I am glad they do half portions because the portions are huge. The staff and owners are always really great.

Was an amazing evening! We were able to relax and enjoy pre-dinner drinks with some delicious warm bread; all of the entrees were significant size portions, hot and scrumptious; the service was fabulous - very warm and friendly, assisted with making meal selections and we were not rushed; and the owners paid our table a visit at the end of the meal which was very special! Thank you for such an enjoyable evening!

An Italian Culinary Delight at Z’Amore Every dish was a masterpiece. We started with the soup of the day, which was —fresh, vibrant, and perfectly seasoned. For the main course, I had the Z’Amore Salad, the presentation and blend of ingredients were impressive, the plate looking like a work of art. The dessert, a coconut cream cheesecake was the perfect end to the meal. It was decadent without being overly sweet, a balance that is hard to achieve. The combination of textures and flavors left me wanting more, even after I was already full. The service was nothing short of outstanding—attentive without being intrusive, always ready to refill a glass or provide a recommendation. He was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent suggestions that enhanced our dining experience. Our server was particularly noteworthy, with a friendly demeanor and a genuine passion for the food they were serving. Z’Amore is a gem in the Kemptville and area’s dining scene.

We always love going to Z'Amore and always spread the word. My father liked the gluten-free options, and I was treated to birthday tiramisu. The only improvement I would suggest is the chairs were uncomfortable which differed from the previous visits. There was no more cushion and it was distracting from the overall pleasant experience. We would love a patio too! Thank you.

Enjoyed our dinner (5:00) reservations needed, at 6:00 the restaurant was full. Wait staff friendly, but very busy but attentive and staffing numbers appropriate. We've eaten at Z'Amoré a few times and I'm delighted to share that our experience has been fantastic every time. The 10/10 scores I've given to the establishment are well earned. The food is really good and the prices are very reasonable. I particularly enjoy the staff and their knowledge of the menu. They're always attentive and friendly and one can tell that this is a labour of love for the owners and family that operate it. WE've already recommended Z'Amoré to uncountable family and friends and we wish for their continued success and great service. Personally I believe that this restaurant is worth driving to from Ottawa and other surround towns and nearby cities.

We loved everything - the meal was delicious. Loved the bread/garlic butter at the start. Loved the meatball starter and my fettuccine Alfredo w/ chicken meal. My drink the electric blue lemonade would be my only issue, in that it was too small for $12 and I didn’t enjoy it as much as I thought. My family enjoyed their meals and we were stuffed by the end of it. Was bummed there wasn’t any cheesecake left other than a coconut one…lol. We will be back to enjoy another meal sometime soon! PS wasn’t a lot of parking but I’m sure you already are aware of that issue

This was our first visit and we will definitely be back. A few small suggestions, serve the coffee with the dessert instead of after, consider using a different sugar container such as a small bowl or sugar packets instead of the sugar jar the jar seemed more suited to a casual diner than your lovely establishment, and lastly we prefer either honey or sugar in the raw with our coffee or tea so perhaps you could add it to your offerings. I really enjoyed the dinner. Having the owner present was great because I could see she was interested in ensuring the guests had a memorable time. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The waitstaff were friendly and efficient. The place was so busy that the door opened often and we did find it a bit breezy on a cold winter day. A curtain in the entrance area may alleviate this. Also the restaurant seems dark from the outside and looks closed so perhaps a lit sign to show where the door is. We appreciated that there are no TVs, and no live band. I am glad to have a classy restaurant close to home, where we feel welcome.
