I’m not sure how your site works, but it clearly needs some attention! Shezan has closed down ! Probably at least a year ago by the look of it Yet we were still able to book a table on your site and receive this feedback form

My wife and I had one of the best meals we have had in Oxford would I recommend anyone in Oxford to try it out the two ladies working there made us feel happy and relaxed . We will be back for sure thank you

Thoroughly enjoyed ! We were 6 guests and the food was excellent, please keep up like this. If I have to recommend a suggestion, perhaps some warmers on the table to keep up warm the dishes, despite the plates were brought warmed.. we had our dishes slightly cold . I was staying at the holiday inn hotel, I did recommend your establishment to the reception desk. And your staff was very welcomed too. Thank you!

excellent food but slow service .missing part of order arrived when we had eaten nearly all our meal. Waitress cleared a table after we had asked about the missing item before she went to the kitchen to ask about it which delayed it even more and seemed a bit lacking in concern.
