Booking Notes:
Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance.
Enter date first when making reservation.
No new reservations or modifications to existing reservations after 3:00 PM day of reservation. Steward will have a list of reservations and which grills are available for members on a 1st come 1st serve basis.
Your reservation will be canceled and made available, by steward, to wait list members if you arrive 15 minutes late.

Frequently Asked Questions- Why do I receive a login request during a cancellation
- This is hard coded by the application provider and is not necessary for our members. We are looking into how to eliminate this issue. Ignore and leave browser. Please note above on the cancellation page that it states your cancellation has been approved. If you are using Gmail calendar, the reservation cancellation is not removed from the calendar.
- What happens if I have more than 4 individuals in my reservation?
- You can always use chairs and tables in the patio area for a larger group on an as available basis.
- How do I know what are the grill numbers and where are the appropriate tables?
- A grill map # is posted on the booking page of reservation. If you are on a mobile phone, you would need to scroll down to see map. Each table is marked with a # which corresponds to the grill selected.
- Why can I not reserve a grill?
- You may have requested a date greater than 7 days in advance, or you are entering a reservation for todays date after 10:00AM.
