I always enjoy eating at the cafe and seeing all the yachts. However, ordinarily, the service is wonderful, but this time, it took an exceptionally long time to receive our food. The waitress said nothing until we stopped her to ask what happened to our order. At that time, she indicated that it was backed up in the kitchen because of a staff shortage. I felt she should have at least told us before we asked her.

I have been a patron of M/Y Cafe for several years and the experience has always been "captivating"! The food and service are absolutely excellent; your menu is vast, the prices are certainly reasonable, and the "scenery" is breathtaking. I do miss the lunch special which was considerably lower than your menu prices and, also, included a soda. I have brought many friends and hope to continue to do so for a long period of time.

I had not been there since Covid . Did goTuesday last week it was loverly.
Everything was just perfect on Wednesday and my guests all loved it and they are not an easy group. We all had a great evening and the service food and ambiance was perfect. The Sushi was just perfect.The Karaoke was a little too loud but we were all much older.
I shall be back soon again.

Lovely dining experience as always. On crew nights, it's a singles place and quite loud, which is great if you're young and single, not so much if you're retired and married... also, still not used to babies is bars. Why someone would bring a breast feeding baby into a noisy, live music singles place is pretty beyond me... Service, food and ambiance are top notch, I guess you can't expect management to be responsible for dumb customers.

The service was terrible- we waited over 10 minutes before someone came to the table and you weren’t even busy - the bartender said he would send someone over but it took her another 10 minutes to come after the manager came by and asked us if we had been waited on - then another 10 minutes to get our first drink and no then no olives - we ordered appetizers and we always loved the spinach and artichoke dip - it was terrible- it was like it was puréed and I don’t think there were any artichokes - we always had to catch the waitress going by she never came to check on us - she acted as though we were bothering her - I live in the area and am pretty much a regular and I am very disappointed with this visit- I could see if it was busy but it wasn’t- it was a Monday night - I love this place but it seems as though it has changed and not for the better - I hope you fix it because it’s an awesome place - one other thing the waited had very long hair that was not tied back when she leaned to pick up something her hair went into the plate - she need to tie her hair back! Just sayin’ - I never complain about food service but this was unacceptable!

Everything was wonderful, but after placing my order, I was told that they were out of the dish I ordered and this was only at 1 p.m.

I always enjoy eating at MyCafe. The servers are friendly, the food is always good, the atmosphere is very pleasant. Only one complaint and I only mention it because it has happened more than once. I wish there had been utensils at the table. We put in a drink order first, I ask for utensils, the drinks come, no utensils. So, no way to stir my drink. I add lemon and sweetener and the tea sits there getting warm while we wait for utensils. It's a small complaint, but outside in the summer heat I'd enjoy a cold drink.

Even after checking his computer, the gate attendant was not aware that I had made a reservation. He said" You can go in , but next time make a reservation. I told him that I had, but the point here is there is some sort of procedural flaw in your system. It was very crowded, but I was able to find a table, but I think that I was just there at the right time. My server was friendly and attentive but the food was slow in arriving. I understand that possibility on a crowded night, but other than the security issue for the marina, why have a reservation system for the cafe if things are haphazrd on arrival?

I had a delightful time at M/Y Café. The food was mouthwatering and the staff members were friendly and professional. M/Y Café, is a place where you can savor delicious food, chill out/relax, and to take in the beautiful surroundings with family and friends. . I plan to visit again.

This is our favorite..and now our only place to dine out.
Our only complaint in all this time was the recent change in my favorite Korean chicken salad which was recently so highly spiced that the two of us that ordered it couldn’t manage it. A new cook had changed the formerly subtle dish. Our terrific waiter was so kind and changed it for us with smiles all around! I
