Very, very dispointed. Visted as two couples on a Friday evening. Arrived and sat at table only to be refused alcohol because the males on our table were loud! Without asking, they refused service, little did the know that our male counter parts are deaf with hearing aids!! Our partners speak loud on all occasions. We had come from work on Friday evening feeling happy that it was the weekend only to be refused any drinks based on noise. We actually had eaten here before and was so excited to return, only to be refused service we were so upset and angry, as we loved this restaurant. But due to a lack of sensible questioning and observations, assumptions were made. As someone who has recently updated their RSA, you should know to look at all avenues and check these, before jumping to assumptions. I have never been so insulted by any establishment. What a loss, we thought this was wonderful restaurant.
