The waiter, a guy from Portugal seemed like he was new and unsure. Had a bit of trouble understanding exactly what we wanted, and didn't know what Grappa is! We had some trouble understanding him as well. His voice was too quiet and indistinct.

We order GFO penne which unfortunately was undercooked, as tried by all 3 guests & we also had fetticini Gurbasi? with prawns & a cream garlic sauce & unfortunately the sauce had split. The restaurant was VERY busy, yet the staff were very attentive.

We were disappointed with the menu, the food we wanted to order was not available so there was limited food I could order for my partner because he has a mouth problem and couldn’t chew harder food. Not much taste in what we did order and nothing like other Italian food we’ve had.

Lovely restaurant. Very good attention, food enjoyable, but I did not like a particular flavoured herb in the meatballs, so that spoiled my total enjoyment of main meal. Teapot lids fell off into cups when pouring! Music too loud. Adjusted by removing hearing aids! I have an allergy to cows milk, prefer oat milk unfortunately that was not available but Almond milk was so I had that but it was not a good replacement. I did not enjoy my cup of tea. However when I return I will know not to order meatballs asked for one tea bag in pot and bring my own oat milk with me. Everything would be perfect then, oh and remember to hold tight to the teapot lid. My husband had a really lovely meal much enjoyed and his cup of tea with cows milk was to his liking.

Food was nice, could have been hotter, had to wait a long time to be asked if we wanted hot drinks or sweets after meal so we went to counter to ask, as we were 2 couples, the bill total was just halved instead of working out what we actually ordered, & pay for our order.

We didn’t love our experience. We had to ask for cutlery several times, we got given water but had no glasses so had to ask for those, and our table was super wonky so they put a sponge under it to make it stable….there were only two other people in the restaurant at the time so the table should have been set properly. We both ordered the steak with mashed potato. For the price, we were disappointed. The potato was super bland and my steak was very over cooked.

Service was slow, cutlery was dirty, dinner plates had chips in them, food was not of standard & meal sizes appeared to be of smaller proportion than usual.
One of the guests at our table ordered surf & turf which was disappointing fir the cost of $42.50 & unfortunately ended up with food poisoning
I have been to this restaurant many times & the previous couple of times the food hasn’t been up to standard & I definitely won’t be returning anytime in the near future

We came on pasta special night, food was fresh, delicious and generous servings. Noticed there was no music to help with the atmosphere. Staff were friendly and attentive but after mains we didn’t receive any service for drinks/dessert/coffee so cute the evening short which was a shame. Will be back though! Keep up the good work.

Very disappointed by our meals - Fettucine Gamberi and the Scallopini were not great meals, meals cold and not the same as previously- seems like take away was a priority - took an hour for our main meals to come to us. Staff rushed at all times and we felt that we were being overlooked. I don’t expect exceptional service but we could at least have a few minutes to decide on our meals then still have to wait over an hour for them was very disappointing. Thank you allowing me to provide feedback.

This place isn't anything like an Italian Restaurant. Food, service and ambience is sadly lacking anything Italian. Lucky if there was more than 2 grams of beef cheeks in the Ragu, the slop they call vegetable sauce flung over the so called Barramumdi was disgusting, in fact inedible. When we inquired about the " sauce" we were treated to a very aggressive response " this how they do it in Italy" , no they don't. Dissatisfaction is our mild response, disgusted is more apt.

My Birthday celebration was ruined, my meal was served quite a while after all others at our table, the Barramundi arrived burnt and inedible, needless to say I returned it, the second attempt was served well after everyone else had finished their meals. The fish was undercooked, opaque and gelatinous once again inedible. How hard is it to grill a fillet of fish? I went home hungry. Wait staff were inattentive and sat behind the counter. The main was as expected but the desert came in a plastic container and wasn’t nice. Didn’t even get offered a second drink so we left and they were not busy. Disappointed ☹️

Our food was nice however , the Cocktail my wife wanted was unavailable as was the main she wanted.
When the first two things that take your fancy are un available it does kind of bring the whole experience down a little.
Checking stock to fulfill your menu items would be a big help.

We are here on Father’s Day, which was very busy. However, the young manager was so lovely and accomodating that we didn’t mind the wait, which wasn’t that long considering…and the food was so good!! We will be going back for sure.
