A well loved experience. Can't fault the service, loved the decor and a great selection in the choc/gift shop.
Lovely scones and thick hot chocolate and excellent Covid measures in place.
Absolutely amazing experience, dark chocolate layered cake was great and complimented with a white got chocolate. Glad you were open for our yearly trip
The service was excellent. I had a beautifully flavoured Earl Grey tea, paired with a lemongrass chocolate. The children are already asking to go back.
Excellent visit as always. Issued with loyalty card for next visit.
We love coming here. The staff are amazing. Food is good only thing would be if the scones were slightly warm. Coffee is lovely, thick hot chocolate is delicious and the toffee apple cake is gorgeous
The thick hot chocolate was excellent as always. The pralines as well. The pla e was clean and safe. Thanks
Our overall experience at Highland Chocolatier was excellent, and we loved our visit. The chocolates were delicious, and the whole tour was well organised, safe and informative. The gift shop too was so lovely, and we ended up buying some extra bits to remember our visit. The only downsides are as follows: When we sat down for the chocolate tasting, it felt like a door was left open and I suddenly got very cold with goosebumps. I had to put a cardigan on, but was still very chilly for the duration of the experience. Secondly, I think we expected a couple more chocolates in the tasting experience. We do understand that the chocolates are luxury items, and so are understandably priced as they are. But it might have been nicer to try even 1 or 2 more varieties in the chocolate tasting experience. These two factors though are minor issues and we still had a fantastic time. We would definitely recommend it to others, and would come back ourselves!
We had a very enjoyable time like always, slightly sad that so many of the fabulous cakes had run out but we will make sure we book an earlier booking next time! We thoroughly enjoyed our hot chocolates, rocky road and chocolate cake though! The cafe and shop had excellent social distancing in place. We will be back soon!
Very nice to be back , lovely food and very polite service
Very nice experience on a rainy day. Very good chocolate in a nice ambiance. Although very good chocolate the prices of a box were quite expensive.
We had a lovely visit. It was your first day, so well done. We were sitting nearest the door outside and found the noise of the water feature got quite annoying after a while - its pretty loud. Several tables were uncleared but I guess on your first day open there might have been some staffing issues. The cakes were sublime. The shop is super, but although we loved the chocolates (we had 2 when we arrived) we didn't buy any to take away as they are too expensive.
