Jamyn J.
Very poor service. Asked for a table of 6 to accompany 2 friends from out of town (8) on the patio. (Patio was empty) and only 3 tables were taken (one of which were our friends) 3 tables on each side of them were free but when asked how many in our group we said maybe 2 more as we were waiting to get confirmation. The host demanded to know the EXACT # and we explained we just want to be seated in the same area but they didn’t need to create a huge table as we were ok just being close. The host was very rude and and said well I can get you inside with no offer to accommodate. We were already on the almost empty patio so it didn’t make sense why we needed to go inside (our friends we were meeting up with had already been served and the easier option was to just take the two tables next to them). The host seemed to have a power trip problem and was only going to have us sit were he dictated he wanted our group vs what was accommodating and convenient to the group. He was very expressive in his annoyance that we were ok not having a single large table and would prefer to be in the patio. We decided to leave and go elsewhere as it was obvious he was not wanting our patronage (which is unfortunate because when your in the service industry you serve) but good for him and Fez that they don’t need to serve people and can be picky and choosy and chase away clientele.
