10s for everything. Our server Lady couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive and efficient even on this busy night. Our dinners were excellent, hot and delicious, not to mention the 1/2 price happy hour wine. Love Santos. We’ll be back and the friends we brought with us for the first time loved it. It’s their favorite now too. Thank you for such a pleasant evening.The on-line reservations worked out great too.

This is my new favorite Italian place!
Service was GREAT, staff is friendly, more than one server shows attention to the table for refills and taking dishes off the table.
My wife loved her penne dish. I have never had such a big portion of chicken parm like this and was perfect!
The pasta is cooked just right, which too many restaurants can't seem to do.
The ambience is like a little Italian place should be, busy but friendly and delicious.
We will definitely frequent Santos.

We felt very welcomed! This was set by Indi. The food was marvelous and the value was there. This was our third time eating there, with 3 different couples. Obviously, we will be back again. It was special as my grandfather was from Palermo!!

Had to wait to be seated .Service a little slow .Was offered coffee and dessert before main course had been served .Food was good and interactions with wait staff were positive .Very busy and staff seemed overwhelmed.

We were there for our 3rd time last evening (your place is a gem we found while in Fl for the month of March). Last evening Jason was our waiter & shared that he was new. He was EXCELLENT!! Jason was attentive, friendly, & kind. There were 4 of us & we all enjoyed our delicious dinners. Also, I forgot my sweater & Jason safely put it away. Your restaurant will be at the top of our list when we visit next year.

We had a reservation. It was a very busy night. After waiting 15 minutes to be seated, we didn’t get approached by a server for at least 45 minutes. My husband finally inquired at the bar and a very nice server came over and took our orders right away. She didn’t check back much but we know she was busy. Before we were finished eating, a young woman was putting chairs up on the tables all around us before closing time.. Since we waited almost 2 hours for our food, we really didn’t really feel ready to leave but felt like we should because if this. The saving grace was that the food was excellent and we will return. Maybe not on such a busy night!
