It was my first time going there and, I have to say I AM GOING BACK AGAIN! How my children enjoyed themselves was just joyful. The food was good and the portions were just awesome. The only part that did not meet expectations was the food, it was not bad, but it was just not good either - the lamb on my lamb roll tasted like it was boiled and then added to the sauce before being plated on the pita, however, the environment was great for our kid and will be hosting a birthday party there soon.

Guys please get a proper way of doing pizza it is too oily. Get to do proper cocktails get a chef for that and stop the ready made. Add more meals like pasta. Step up on your food guys.

We truly enjoyed our family luncheon, the kids had a blast with the play areas and the food was delicious. The only down side was that it took very long to receive our drinks then again long (more than 1 hour) to get our food. The kids were quitte hungry and restless by the time the food arrived. We were also a big family with a big order so maybe that counted against us. The waiter was professional and courteous though.

The waiter is always great( forgot his name short guy who was working inside but made a provision to serve me outside). I think the cheese you use for pizza is very pungent and when it is heated it turns to be more saltier if you may please try softer cheese. Besides that all is good , my kids are mad over that place.

We loved the venue. It was amazing and offered so much for the kids that we need to go back to explore everything.
We did not love the waiters service. Even though we arrived before breakfast finished he said we couldn’t order breakfast. Forcing us to order from the lunch menu. It took at least an hour before we received our food and the explanation was that the kitchen was busy with the party food. I’ce cream machine wasn’t working and on a 29 degree day you want ice cream.

The Venue, entertainment was excellent. The service from the waitress was ok form the entrance. However we couldn't contain the smell of old oil that was smelling as we were sitting inside the restaurant . The chips was also oily. The old oil smell was the only problem for me and the hot chocolate mug had spilled hot chocolate which was not cleaned. The place is beautiful.

The kids absolutely enjoyed this place. It was our first time there and definitely retuning.
I’m not giving 10 for service and food due to us having to look for our waitress each time we needed something. We explained that she takes too long to come to us and she indicated that she had a lot of tables. The waiting time was long especially when kids are hungry.

The pottery painting experience cannot be faulted. As for the food, it leaves a lot to be desired. Been there twice in the last three months and they still serve hot meals cold as ice. The bacon and chipolata sausages were so overcooked, you couldn’t cut through them. The only thing that was warm were the oversized potato wedges. We LOVE Hyto Tyto, only criticism is that the coffee took long to arrive when it was peak time and the barista was so busy. Thanks for a really awesome kiddies venue.
