Finca Oasis Verde is a working organic, sustainable farm offering "Farm-to-Table Adventure Dining" for the able-bodied foodie.
There are only 8 seats at each event. RSVP required, no walk-ins.
This is a boutique, gourmet, chef's choice, farm to table experience for the adventurous foodie*. It will be hosted on the covered outdoor patio of the main house at Finca Oasis Verde in Amala Alto, San Pedro de Vilcabamba. Specific directions will be provided to those who rsvp.
Filtered mountain water will be provided. Homemade fermented beverages will be available for purchase.
The courses will consist of a salad, main entree with side and dessert and will be served beginning promptly at 6pm.
*There is no onsite parking available. Limited parking is availble on the road above, or be dropped by taxi, followed by a short but steep walk down the driveway.
