It was easy to make reservations. We were seated as soon as we arrived. The wait staff were all very friendly and efficient. They took our order quickly, and it was delivered just a few minutes later. The food was hot, and tasty. We especially enjoyed dessert and coffee! We have been several times, and will certainly return.

The drinks were excellent and the service was great. The portions are a good size, particularly for the cost; very much worth it! The ceviche was tasty as was the ropa vieja, but I have had better of both elsewhere.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Service could not have been better. The food we ordered was disappointing. Croquettas seemed overcooked. Lechon asado contained no discernable garlic or citrus flavor. We asked for a side of extra mojo sauce in case we just got unlikely when it was portioned out, but no -- the sauce we were brought out tasted completely bland. It tasted like pork braised in chicken broth with onions. Again we were blown away by amazing, friendly service, but we would not go again as the food was disappointing.

The staff was attentive and very nice. The food was not good. I am Cuban and this was probably the worst Cuban food I have had. Everything was bland, no flavor at all. We ordered the ceviche and it was the saddest looking ceviche I have ever had. It looked grayish and unappetizing. I had a bite and all I tasted was pepper. I was visiting family and was excited to try this place out but it was a complete bust. Definitely not with the $200 bucks we spent.
