We loved our waiter, Mike--he is both personable and attentive. Everyone was happy with their food--scampi, pomadoro, lasagna, and eggplant parm. An A+ experience for all! We wish you still had the chianti riserva, though.

My husband and I have eaten at Ti Amo several times. This time we brought a couple with us to celebrate a birthday. Here are the items that we feel need improvements. 1. The temperature in the restaurant got to be quite cold. We did ask our waitress to see if she could get the ceiling fans to slow down the frigid air or get some heat in the booth (along the front window area). I did notice the fans were slowed down enough to where we could enjoy our dinners while the food was hot. 2. We found the food not up to par. One of our friends ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. The dish was extremely bland and the meatballs were on the dry side. I and my girlfriend ordered the special (big pasta with meat sauce). That dish could use a bit more herbal spices. My husband ordered the dish with sausage. That tasted great! 3. Our waitress, Kayla (?) was wonderful!! Otherwise, we did have a nice time.

Only complaint is the Ceasar Salad lacks flavor. The dressing is so, so. Other than that, everything has always been a treat when dining there. The staff is so welcoming and attentive, the food well prepared and pleasing to the eye and the added benefits of great breadbasket and the garlic ready for the spreading is beyond expectations. What a pleasant surprise.

Since adding the “ti amo steak” to the menu, I’ve always ordered this and it has always been excellent. This last time I ordered, the steak was perfect but the broccoli and potatoes that come with it were very, very few and the broccoli was still hard. Almost raw hard. With the increase in price I thought the portion was less than before. The veal scallopini entree was also much smaller portioned than before but, still very good tasting.

The food and atmosphere are great, and our server Landon is totally wonderful. It is a little slower to be served than most restaurants. The last time we came in March, we didn't get our entree for at least 2.5 hours. This time it was faster but it is fairly slow. We can't tell if it is not enough people in the kitchen or not enough servers but we gave it another chance since we love the food.

TiAmo is almost as good as it was a few years ago. The only slight concerns are, you never know if you are going to have to go up to the cash register personally to pay for the meal, and now they bring the cash register to the table. An improvement of a kind I suppose. The turnover in staff is noticeable as well. That said, we got the table we requested, the service and food were exceptional, and the ambience is far superior to almost any other restaurant in this area. We still consider TiAmo to be "our" restaurant and it remains our first choice whenever we go out to eat.

I've dined at Ti Amo for as long as they've been operating and have always been pleased, but not overwhelmed with the experiences. With clients staying at the adjoining hotel, 3 of us went there for dinner and it was good enough to prompt me to write this (something I rarely would consider). Starting with entry, we were greeted by a very friendly hostess who treated us as if we were the only people in the place. Meals included chicken parm, a ravioli dinner and a manicotti dinner plus an appetizer of prawns and a couple of bowls of minestrone soup. The meals were excellent without exception! Service was attentive without being intrusive and the bread basket and water glasses never went empty. The ambience is nice, despite being inside a casino, all staff we encountered were professional and welcoming and the cherry on top was the prices, which was a pleasant surprise following an excellent meal. Based on this most recent visit, I highly recommend Ti Amo Italian Grille.

We could not have had a better dining experience at Ti Amos on Monday evening July 15th...Our waiter Mike always provides fantastic service, and is as friendly as can be...The food that night was stellar. First class Seafood Lasagna and Scallops cooked to perfection. Each trip to Ti Amos has been nothing short of "It doesn't get any better than this" Thanks Ti Amos!!!!!

My most negative comment would be regarding this survey website: this is the first time, in all of the surveys that I have done for so many businesses, that the survey automatically pre-selected "10" as the rating in all areas. That just makes TiAmo look arrogant, which is the exact opposite of what TiAmo is really like. TiAmo has become our "go to" restaurant, and is always our first choice for dining. From the Maitre d' to the lovely lady who brings the bread once we are seated, the personnel at TiAmo are outstanding. We always highly recommend TiAmo to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

Visiting from San Diego CA, made some research on best places to have a romantic dinner in Carson City & Ti Amo was one of the top options! Food & service was great! Had dinner with my husband for our one year anniversary. The host was incredibly welcoming & Mike, our server, was very attentive & polite. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in the city & would like to celebrate a special occasion or who is craving amazing Italian food!

Our waiter, Mike, was amazing, as usual. Unfortunately, they no longer offer pizza, although it’s still on the menu. Love the complimentary bread and roasted garlic they offer (and the whipped butter, olive oil & balsamic, and marinated olives). Great food and wine, at a reasonable price.
