In December of 2010 owners, Danny & Tiffany Ingram had just $100 to their names & high hopes for creating a delicious vibrant American restaurant in Mechanicsville. Day after day - & dollar after dollar the two were able to grow Bell Cafe into a 100% from scratch restaurant that has become a household name in the Hanover community. The two realize they would not be here without their customers & celebrate daily by offering top-notch service with artfully and tastefully crafted food!
We came to Bell Cafe for a girls' brunch and had a great experience. Our server was very nice and helpful. The food was great and the wait time to get our food was short. I got the salmon eggs Benedict and the portion was huge, especially for the price.
We always have a nice experience at Bell Cafe. I like that you can reserve a patio table. The food is good and service great!

Food was excellent! When I arrived for lunch they had no record of the online reservation I had made. Fortunately, they were not too crowded and they were able to seat my party of five.
I hate covid-19 but I would have liked real plates
