The A/C was not enough to be comfortable maybe add some fans The fellow I went to order from walked away to address another customer The gal told me to just wait while my 2 drinks were being made ( I actually went back to my table) and they were brought to my table once made I did not rate the food as we didn’t not have any, I did ask if you had fries though The Irish music was great The live screen landscape with cows was fun Overall we did have fun

Allies has the most lovely patio and the entertainment should be out there as often as weather permits. The indoor area is very awkward for viewing the singers who are in that cubby. Maybe they could sing in front of the windows or ??? Maybe viewing would be easier if all the tables were the same height? I don't mind going up to the counter to order, but I really wish the employees could make a run around the dining room occasionally to remove the empty plates. I feel like I should add a 20% tip onto my bill, but that is what I would tip in a full service restaurant, so that is ridiculous and I won't do it anymore. I like the concept of community owned pub and some of the entertainment is really fun. The food is ok, but not my favorite type, although I understand it is an English style pub.

YOU NEED TO TURN ON THE AIR CONDITIONER TO A COOL TEMPERATURE. It was way too hot on our visit on June 16th. Upon our return should it be hot like it was I’m afraid we’ll have to walk back out.

Well, my reservation I made online was not received. The staff was friendly and helpful and seated us anyway. The food was good and reasonably priced. I do prefer table service, but it worked ok to order at the counter. It is a fun little pub, and we will probably be back, although it was hard to hear the singers who were located back in a small recessed area.

Allies is my favorite place to be! The food and drinks are outstanding. The ambiance is warm and relaxing. Steve, Allison, Justin and Emma as well as the entire staff treat you like family. There are so many things to do- music, painting, plant events, tea tasting and more. No better way to spend a couple of hours then to sit on the patio, sip on an amazing ale and listen to local performers.

Allies is my all time favorite place! The food is amazing and the beer is outstanding. The staff makes you feel right at home. The ambiance is the best in Butte County. It is decorated like an English pub and is always clean and well maintained. I can’t think of a better place to spend a couple of hours hanging out with family or friends. There is always something interesting going on- live music, Paint and Sip, special teas, etc. I recommend it to everyone.

This was the 4th time I dined there. The first three times, everything was very good, including the food. For all four visits, I ordered the same meal- chicken meat pie. This time, the chicken meat pie was awful! Actually, it had very little ingredients. The chicken meat was bad. The pieces were tough. It almost seemed like this was the last pie assembled and that the ingredients we’re running out but the pie was made anyway. I will go back to Allies one more time. However, if I get the same quality pie, I will not go back anymore, Thanks for your interest.

Great selection of beers and food, plus perfect location! The owners even stopped by our table to check up on us. When does that ever happen? Everyone in our party was very impressed with the Allies Pub!

Honestly, Allies is one of my favorite places to go in Chico. Good for a date night or hanging with friends. Wonderful staff, great ambiance, awesome patio, delicious food, and top notch craft beer. Highly recommend.

Ability to Edit the reservation or at least stipulate that you have to email to change aspects of the reservation (I changed from four to two persons and it took me a long time - tried calling but no answer.). Offer one or two non British beers on tap. A few Sierra Nevada most popular beers would work. I just don’t happen to like British style beer. Love your pub.

We had a great family gathering. The staff is wonderful and was there with help and service when we needed it. Only a couple of family members did not enjoy their meals but the food was authentic and tastes vary. We will definitely go again.
