Everything was great!! DJ hernandez was the BEST playing all the best jams creating the best vibes. There was only 1 food truck option that had a 35-40 minute wait time so we didn't get to eat. More than one food/food truck option with variety would be appreciated.

So enjoyed the Mariachi Bonitas!! The event was great! Taco truck had chips that were not great and when i went over for late lunch at around 3 pm the taco truck was closed up, so we didn't eat except for some chips. Also glass of wine that came with the tickets was pretty small. Otherwise, we had a great time and are glad we came!

Loved the band! Intersoul. They were awesome. Crowd was great. My only complaint is the food available. There was a food truck? with pizza and then chacuterie boxes. The boxes are pricey considering the contents. And although the box is a nice presentation, it really makes it difficult to share. I would not order one of these again. That said, the box contents were delicious.

As a good member, I made reservations, however, an employee told me it didn’t matter because seating was first come first served. In addition, I was given two entirely different explanations regarding three tables that were reserved. One wasn’t used all night long. I was also told that my party and I could sit way out on the picnic tables in the sand. My party and I were made to feel unwelcomed. Very disheartening and perturbing. We stayed because we were there to support the local music.

Loved this winery, the view, vibes, and the people. Food options are limited in indoor patio (charcuterie board only that is pre packaged) they do have food trucks on property for better options. A great gem for the greater Sacramento area. Will most definitely be back.

We wanted so badly to like the vineyard. The grounds are beautiful, clean, and offer so many amenities but even the best of scenery couldn’t overcome the poor service and awful atmosphere. We were seated at our reservation time but then 2 very large parties were sat on either side of us. Between the foul mouthed group of barely clothed women blasting loud music and the large family with their small child (even though the property clearly states 21 over) my husband and I could hardly hear each other speaking. We waited over 45 minutes to have our order taken with employees serving the larger parties first even though both were seated after us. O ur sparkling wine was served warm and then we never saw any employees again. We had to clean our own table and then pay our bill at the bar before leaving well before our 2 hour reservation expired.

Hidden gem in the city of Galt. Views are spectacular and I like that it doesn’t have the Napa vibe where everyone is fancy and dressed up. We didn’t know what to expect so we ended up being overdressed. Employees were nice and pleasant but I wish they checked up on us. We had to go up to them to ask for water and was not able to get a second bottle to share since we spent our time waiting and trying to get their attention until we used up our 2 hour slot. Love the food from food truck but we wish they had more options or food readily available at the bar.
Our visit was pleasant but service or maybe staffing can improve to get a full experience. Well give it another try because the ambiance was just beautiful and it’s close to home.

Our wait person did not check on us for nearly And hour but came to the table to collect the bill and when asked to return after the full party came from the restroom do we could discuss the items in the bill and manner of payment (to determine what each party ordered) bathroom break she literally followed the group to the table leaving no time to discuss the bill are with collecting the bill. Customer service should include attentiveness throughout the visit.

Overall experience was good. The only issue myself, along with my party was the service, upon arrival. A week in advance, there was a verbal agreement between a staff and a friend of mine, that my friend can arrive early to the winery and set up the table that I reserved for my birthday that I was unaware of. As I arrived at the reserved time at 12 for the dock, my friend was upset due to a staff let her know that there was no reservation. I showed the staff my reservation from my email. The staff said there’s other people that reserved there. So she sat up away from where I actually reserved (by the water, table SKi1) and sat us near the entryway. Over an hour, we saw no one sat at that table I had reserved and on top of that, a small group that was seated in the back next to us for an hour had actually welcomed themselves to the table ski1 because no one sat there overtime. I have a family member that comes to your winery with a friend (that’s a club member) and was told that they had the same issue with this specific staff, as they’ve seen other people have issues with her as well, whether they are picking up their orders or service in general.

We had a good time here. We started with a tasting near the patio. Our first server was absolutely amazing, very friendly and attentive, she truly made us feel welcomed. After our tasting we moved to the chairs, and that’s when the experience changed. Our first server was leaving for the day so we got switched to someone else. Once we were seated they asked us if we could move to accommodate a larger party that booked separately which wasn’t a problem and we were offered a complimentary drink for the troubles which was very nice. When we got moved further down the line we were then forgotten about. It took about 45 minutes to get our drinks and that was because a different server asked how we were doing. The atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful, but the service once our first server left went down hill quickly.

Host had a hard time finding reservations even after showing her confirmations. Taco truck didn’t show up and quickly ran out of charcuterie trays so management went to the store to grab more but still charged full price- should have discounted considering that fiasco of not enough food for the amount of people and having to wait forever for them. Live band was very loud, couldn’t stay in the tent; had to go outside to tables. Wine was good but the man who handled our party was exceptional- that’s the only reason for a higher rating otherwise it would be lower. Plan A,B and C should always be planned to avoid situations like Saturday.

Overall, it was a beautiful place with a lot of potential. Service was terrible through no fault of their own. The winery was quite busy with lots going on and when we arrived there were two employees frantically trying to keep up. Though we had reservations, we kept being forgotten. Each time I would go in and remind them who/where we were, yet being so slammed they would forget key things like glasses with our bottle of wine. In the end we chalked it up to an anomaly and we will return.

The venue itself was STUNNING! However, the service was terrible. We waited over 30 minutes for someone to take our drink order, then after 15 more minutes she came back saying she forgot what we ordered. She never came back to check on us once only to tell us it was last call. We only ordered 2 bottles of wine and sadly would have ordered more had we had a different server. The venue wasn't even full it was extremely disappointing

We were so looking forward to this. Unfortunately, the band was so loud it was deafening. We ended up going outside and sitting, until the rain came down harder, and then we left. They did tone it down a little, after many requests, but it shouldn't have had to come to that. I'll think twice about attending another event there.

Food truck choices very limited. No Gluten Free options and you don’t allow off site food. He only had sandwhiches. You should allow offsite food for those with allergies. I miss the BBQ place. But I love the band and ambiance.

The entire wine tasting flight of 4 wines was brought out on a cute wooden tray. I enjoy a wine tasting experience where a server brings each wine and pours each taste and explains the varietals and nuances of each wine. It was a Friday afternoon and there was only one woman helping all tables (about 7 or 8?), so the model of assigning a server to certain people wouldn't work here. But, I recommend it. We took advantage of bringing in our own food since it was a Friday afternoon, which was nice and I appreciated them offering guests the opportunity to do so since they didn't have food trucks or a full menu. It's a lovely setting. There were ants on the dock and our table, but they didn't bother us too much. The lake was an interesting teal color. Very bright and shiny. A talented wakeboarder was putting on a show for us. It was fun to watch him do so well. I didn't enjoy the wine. I think they must make it themselves versus hiring a wine maker? Out of all four in my tasting, the Chardonnay was my favorite, and I would rank it a 5/10. I did not enjoy their other wines. My favorite wineries (so you know my wine taste): Tank, Three, Todd Taylor, Harney Lane, Acheson, Rosa Lucca...just to name a few around the area. I think the people who own this property have created a beautiful setting for others to come , relax, and enjoy. All of the employees were pleasant and welcoming. I hope they look into hiring a professional, sought after wine maker because that would enhance the experience.

The taste of the food was good but me and the other 5 people in my party stood in line for over an hour waiting to get our plates. If they were that busy they should have just served the tables, especially since we had already paid for the food. We wasted almost half of the event standing in line.

So disappointed again at Valensin - we made a reservation but they wanted to put us in the sun at bar stool table top.
We asked for another seating and they advised they are full. No accommodations for members were considered and so many open seats. We ended up canceling our membership.

I love this winery and I am a member! The server madiela is amazing! Top quality, hands down! However the newer server who I have not seen before was rude, gave me misinformation and was no accommodating at all. I hope to never be served by her again. Was able to get her name. She had straight black hair that is all I recall. Other than that I loved loved it!
