The Yurt in Solitude Mountain Resort encompasses both fine dining and adventure. A guided cross country ski or snowshoe trek of less than a mile through the moon and lantern lit forest brings guests to a single Mongolian yurt. Once inside, chefs showcase their skill in front of all, preparing an exciting five-course meal. Chef Abbigail Carlson takes pride in her cuisine and provides a meal that anyone will enjoy. When the snow melts and summer hits, guests hike on foot to the yurt, building up an appetite for a fantastic four-course meal at sunset.

Lespri Prime Steak and Sushi Bar takes signature entrees from American and Japanese cuisine and combines them to create an experience like no other. The menu is split in half, with savory steaks on one side and colorful sushi creations on the other, to be mixed and matched to the hearts content.
