Atmosphere and service excellent as always. Salads excellent. My salmon was a little over cooked and I did not care for the topping on it. Garlic potatoes weren't special. My wife's steak was tough. Wasn't experience we've had in past.

The view is spectacular! You will usually get a window seat for tables of 4. Hostess and servers were very attentive - the chef came out afterwards to see if there were any problems. Three of us had the halibut special - it was cooked perfectly, but the sauce had a little more kick than some preferred.

I certainly enjoyed my first visit to Cochran's, but it would've been a lot better had there been more residents there to interact with; i.e. other than the couple finishing ip their lunch when I arrived, there was only two other guests. Being new to Blueskies East (first month) I went hoping meet others. Still, I enjoyed conversing with Althea and even ended up sitting across from each other maintaining correct social distancing. Oh well, next time.

Wait Staff continues to perform in a superb manner. Tables are much better with the lack of place mats and addition of the trays. It's great to be able to sit down for a meal fully prepared. The variety of options is above other such facilities. Food taste and presentation continues to score high marks. REQUEST: We would love having the kitchen open for breakfast and the Sky Lounge open for drinks. Both could be done under current Covid-19 he. THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE.

We had a wonderful evening. Shakirat is such a wonderful person and we always enjoy visiting with her!!! She knows what we are going to order and special instructions before we say anything. Our reservation for some reason was not picked up but sweet Yolanda put us at a table with Dawn and Jane and we enjoyed visiting with them so much. I like surprises and every evening at the Sky Lounge is a pleasant surprise, the food, the excellent service, and wonderful interactions with neighbors. Thank you so much to Yolanda, Shakirat, and Kayden.

My reservation didn't make it into the Maitre d's chart, but was later confirmed. Service was passable, but I had to make several requests to get things right - there was not much initiative shown by the wait staff. Food quality was good, but not great. Portion size of the special veggie omelette was adequate - perhaps a bit heavy on the spinach and all the filling was at one end of the dish with a rather large "tail" with no filling. The price/value is likely affected by the venue which is very nice, but I would opt for better food with less ambiance.

We have already received an apology but we were allowed to make a reservation for Sat night online and received a confirmation and reminder the day before When we arrived the waitress said "Oh no we are getting ready for Mother's Day so we are closed" We were very disappointed since we had out of town company with us and had to go find somewhere else late on a Sat evening. As I said we have received and apology

Best brunch in San Antonio. Just wish their kitchen was bigger so they could feed more guests at a time. Blue Skies management needs to really consider developing additional kitchen space on the floor below the Sky Lounge. This is the best restaurant view in San Antonio, make it so more residents can dine at the same time. It is our "home", we shouldn't need a reservation to eat at "home".

Service was slow, waiter did not check on us after dinner. When we finally got his attention and ask for coffee he failed to bring it. Later a new waitress came by and we finally got some coffee. Evening was not nearly as good as one week earlier when we were in the bar and were served an excellent dinner.

My 8-person table (Table #2 I think) was positioned directly under the huge air-conditioner vent. We were chilled, especially the ladies in our group. Please do not seat my dinner /brunch group at that location ever again. Otherwise, everyone had a most pleasant experience on that occasion. Service and food was very good.

Unfortunately at our table of six, two of us had a rather unpleasant experience.
I had preordered the steak and lobster and asked for my steak to be prepared medium well.
The first bite of my hangar steak showed blood. I asked for it to be cooked medium well. When it returned it still had blood showing. I sent it back emphasizing I wanted it medium well. When it returned it still had blood showing. After sending the steak back to the kitchen three times I finally got the steak medium well. And it was good. Does the chef use a thermometer? Surely not.
Another person at our table chose not to send her steak back and instead took it home to finish cooking it the way she wanted it to be.
The wait staff did everything correctly, the problem lay within the kitchen.
Most times I have a wonderful dining experience in the Sky Lounge setting. I'm certainly not condemning Morrison's food service, just one unpleasant meal.
Keep up the good work otherwise.

No drink specials i.e. pina colada w/or wo alcohol or margarita. I ordered Cuba Libre & there was so much rum that my wife couldn'drink it. This shows no experience at bar tending. The stuffed chicken had very little stuffing. The filet was much enjoyed & our seating was prompt. The bread was great.
