James Stephenson is a self-taught chef, whose passion for cooking began at a young age, having taken a dishwashing job in a small Philadelphia restaurant. Mastering his culinary technique by moving throughout the United States, Chef Stephenson settled on Southern California to begin experimenting with new ingredients and expand his repertoire. As Executive Chef and General Manager of The Gaslamp Strip Club, he is able to provide his diners with delicious dishes and top-notch service. Chef Stephenson also gives back to his community by teaching cooking classes to the public when not expanding his own culinary skills.
