Frequently Asked Questions
The County has placed requirements for Brewery Taprooms, mandating food purchase accompany any beer purchase. Since we do not have a kitchen, the easiest way for us to do this is to contract with a local restaurant, and have a small menu to order for delivery. Since we have time limits on seatings, food must be ordered in advance to ensure it is delivered at your reservation time.
We will be using the first few weekends as a trial run. We need to see if this is a sustainable model due to the extra costs and staffing it requires to be open in this environment. If everything goes well, we should be able to expand our hours by July 2020.
Please continue to support our takeout program. Share your experiences with us on social media. Buy gift cards to use later when we finally hit Phase 4. Please be patient with us as we navigate the new normal. Stay Savage!
