Tutto Mare

I worked at this restaurant several years ago. On a daily basis, during the food servers huddle which immediately preceded the restaurant opening for lunch or dinner service to the public, restaurant management would make derogatory remarks, demoralizing comments and verbal attacks to various servers as they went round robin critizing each one. Management"s aggressive insults to servers were regarding how they did their opening prep assigned duties. It was an undeserving verbally abusive environment where servers were callously and aggressively intimidated, treated like trash day after day, ongoing. I hope there have been significant changes especially a change in management who run the daily operations of this restaurant. No server deserves to be repeatedly subjected to such horrific treatment shift after shift after shift throughout their employment. Being an upscale restaurant does not entitle management to be vile monsters.
