Candy Baron

Under $25

Pier 39 is a sweet place to visit, especially when visitors enter through the doors of the Candy Baron. Just grab a wooden basket before strolling in, and sift through the barrelfuls of salt water taffy, chocolate, licorice, and more novelty candies. The Candy Baron has been a permanent fixture on San Francisco’s famous Pier 39 since it was first established in 2003. Customers will find all brands at the Candy Baron, but the collection of old-fashioned and classic sweet treats is the best on the Pier! Of the three Candy Barons locations in California, San Francisco is lucky to have the largest store, so patrons will be able to find whatever their sweet tooth desires. The salt water taffy at the Candy Baron’s is world famous. The soft and smooth texture is a delight to the palate, and this sweet stuff comes in over 50 flavors. A handful of the best-selling Banana Split or Maple-Bacon taffies will place customers on the right track to what the Candy Baron calls “La Dolce Vita” (The Sweet Life).
