Cin-Cin Wine Bar was made for those who do not just like, but love food and drink. Executive chef, Chris Schloss, adheres to three canons in his kitchen: buy from producers who love their product, cook with honesty and passion, and let the ingredients speak for themselves. With that said, Cin-Cin lives up to every expectation. Just taste the Wild Mushroom Empanadas made with Manchego cheese and a drizzle of truffle oil, all wrapped up in a flaky, homemade crust. It is a simple, but good thing. Cin-Cin makes every effort to ensure that each guest can find something to their liking. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are found throughout the menu, and they are just as tasty as the meat and wheat plates. The wine list is pages long, and despite the restaurant’s proximity to Napa, Cin-Cin patrons can sample wines from across the globe. With a glass of wine and plate of great food on the table, guests can toast in Italian, “Cin Cin!” (“to your health!”).
