We made reservations through the website, but on arriving, we were told they do not take reservations. I showed my conformation email to the host and she told me again they don't take reservations. There was a table available so we were seated. The atmosphere was great, with live music ( a little loud) and a great view. The service was acceptable, a 7 out of 10. The food was outstanding. We had the shrimp and grits and the fish and chips. Both were exceptional. Everyone was pleasant and helpful except for the host. She was not pleasant when we arrived and did not speak when we left. No thank you for coming, no hope you enjoyed it, no come again soon and no smile. Overall it was great and we will go back. Still confused about the reservation issue that's on their web site??
