Starting with the acclaimed Café Sport in 1984, Tom’s cuisine helped define the Northwest style. Lola, the most recent Douglas restaurant, opened July 2004, alongside the new Hotel Andra on 4th and Virginia and right across the street from the Dahlia Lounge. The Greek-inspired menu combines local northwest ingredients with Mediterranean freshness and simplicity. Lola’s customers dine on sizzling ouzo-splashed kebabs, bright-tasting mezze, wood-grilled whole fish, and cumin-spiced lamb.

The dining room and bar will be remodeled, the menus will transform, even the music will change a bit. The new stylish interior will be a hip blend of art deco with a smart, streamlined aesthetic. The new menu will showcase Contemporary American cuisine. The seasonal menu will feature approachable, cravable favorites such as St. Louis Style BBQ Wild Boar Ribs with summer potato salad, Wok Seared Yellowfin Tuna with stir-fried vegetables and ponzu sauce .

Nationally recognized for seafood excellence, Elliott's Oyster House on Pier 56 is where Seattle goes for seafood. For 30 years, Elliott's Oyster House has been Seattle's showcase for classic Northwest seafood. Carmelita, Seattle's Premier Vegetarian Restaurant, opened its doors to the public on December 1st, 1996. Proprietors Kathryn Neumann and Michael Hughes found that their dream of opening their own place had become a reality. Named after Michael's mother Carmelita and inspired by her love of life, art, food and family, Neumann and Hughes set off on a journey that they are still on today.

Mauro Golmarvi, with over 25 years of experience as a chef, founded Assaggio Ristorante in 1993. As the owner, Golmarvi manages all aspects of the restaurant's operations, from menu development and execution, to staff training, budgeting, and serving as the restaurant's proud maitre d'. Golmarvi's role in the restaurant is that of a true host.
